Any movement within consciousness that seeks self-improvement is still part of the continuation of sorrow, not the ending of it. What we often call growth is, in many ways, simply a refined form of suffering carried forward through time

Human beings suffer not only from physical pain or illness, but from loneliness, emptiness, and the deep ache of not feeling truly loved or understood. Wherever thought moves within the field of the self, sorrow follows. And because thinking so often leads us back into conflict and pain, many choose to stop questioning altogether. They cling to beliefs, systems, or identities, and settle into them, calling it religion, certainty, or peace

But if the mind truly perceives that sorrow cannot end through becoming — through gradual progress, self-improvement, discipline, or achievement — then what is the mind to do

Can the mind move beyond the limits of consciousness, beyond contradiction, desire, fear, and the endless pursuit of becoming something? And if going beyond requires time, then it is merely another form of progress, which still belongs to the same cycle of sorrow

Within the framework of consciousness, every movement toward becoming, no matter how noble or spiritual it appears, is still strengthening the sense of self. Sorrow may be controlled, suppressed, rationalized, or transformed into something more sophisticated, but its root remains alive

To be truly free from sorrow, there must be freedom from the very seed of the “I” , the self that is constantly seeking, comparing, improving, and becoming

Real transformation does not come through time or effort. It begins when the mind observes itself completely, without escape, without resistance, and without the desire to become anything at all
