The Chinese character "骉" (biāo), formed by three "馬" (horse) characters, represents three horses. Each of these three horses was cultured from six species of Candida spp. on a CHROMagar at 30℃ for 48 hours. It depicts a spectacular scene of galloping horses with thundering hooves, full of dynamism and power! Color corresponding to fungi: Green: Candida albicans; Pink: Candida krusei; Lavender: Candida glabrata; White: Candida auris; Yellow: Candida parapsilosis; Steel blue: Candida tropicalis</p> <p class="ql-block">1月（蛇年臘月）：臘梅報(bào)春：須癬毛癬菌小培養(yǎng)（掃描電鏡） 仍屬蛇年，馬年將至，氛圍漸濃。一馬當(dāng)先：指作戰(zhàn)時(shí)策馬沖鋒在前，寓意在新一年中搶占先機(jī)，引領(lǐng)方向。須癬毛癬菌是引起人和動物皮膚和毛發(fā)感染的常見真菌，可引發(fā)體癬和頭癬，遠(yuǎn)離患病動物是重要的預(yù)防措施。干燥寒冷季節(jié)皮膚失水快，需加強(qiáng)保濕潤膚。雪地反射紫外線強(qiáng)，需涂抹防曬霜，或佩戴帽子、圍巾等進(jìn)行物理防曬。</p> <p class="ql-block">January (12th Lunar Month of the Year of the Snake): Wintersweet Announces Spring: Slide culture of Trichophyton mentagrophytes (SEM) It is still the Year of the Snake, with the Year of the Horse approaching, and the atmosphere is growing strong: Take the lead: It refers to galloping ahead in battle, symbolizing seizing the opportunity and leading the way in the new year. Trichophyton mentagrophytes is a common fungus that causes skin and hair infections in humans and animals, leading to tinea corporis and tinea capitis. Avoiding contact with infected animals is an important preventive measure. Skin loses moisture quickly in dry and cold weather, so it is necessary to strengthen moisturization. Snow reflects strong ultraviolet rays, so apply sunscreen or use physical sun protection such as hats and scarves.</p> <p class="ql-block">2月（馬年正月）：金元滿倉：金黃色葡萄球菌（透射電鏡） 正值春節(jié)，年味濃厚，喜慶奮進(jìn)。馬到成功：一開始就取得成功，飽含對新一年事業(yè)、生活諸事順?biāo)斓钠碓浮?金黃色葡萄球菌是皮膚上最常見的致病菌，可引起毛囊炎、膿皰瘡，保持手部衛(wèi)生是重要的預(yù)防措施。隨著氣溫回升皮膚油脂分泌逐漸增加，仍需保濕，建議選擇清爽型的保濕產(chǎn)品。</p> <p class="ql-block">February (1st Lunar Month of the Year of the Horse): Gold Ingot Fills Granary: Staphylococcus aureus (TEM) It is the Spring Festival, with a strong festive atmosphere, full of joy and drive. Success Immediately: It describes achieving success from the start, embodying the wish for smooth progress in career and life in the new year. Staphylococcus aureusis the most common pathogenic bacterium on the skin, causing folliculitis and impetigo. Maintaining hand hygiene is an important preventive measure. As the temperature rises, skin oil secretion gradually increases, but moisturization is still needed. It is recommended to choose refreshing moisturizing products.</p> <p class="ql-block">3月（馬年二月）：熱鬧元宵：季也蒙念珠菌(掃描電鏡) 大地回春，萬物復(fù)蘇，生機(jī)勃勃。馬不停蹄：一刻不停留一直前進(jìn)，投入工作學(xué)習(xí)，奮勇向前、毫不懈怠。季也蒙念珠菌是皮膚、呼吸道和消化道的條件性致病菌，免疫力低下時(shí)容易致病，需保持皮膚清潔衛(wèi)生、室內(nèi)通風(fēng)，避免接觸生水、生食等。春季皮膚易過敏、泛紅，要選擇溫和、舒緩的護(hù)膚品；紫外線增強(qiáng)，外出需佩戴太陽鏡、遮陽帽。</p> <p class="ql-block">March (2nd Lunar Month of the Year of the Horse): Lively Lantern Festival: Candida guilliermondii (SEM). The earth revives, all things come back to life, full of vitality. Keep On the Go: To keep moving forward without pause, devoting oneself to work and study, striving courageously and showing no slack. Candida guilliermondiiis an opportunistic pathogen of the skin, respiratory tract, and digestive tract. It can cause disease when immunity is low. Keep skin clean, ventilate rooms, and avoid contact with unboiled water and raw food.?Skin is prone to allergies and redness in spring, so choose mild and soothing skin care products. Ultraviolet rays are stronger, so wear sunglasses and sun hats when going out.</p> <p class="ql-block">4月（馬年三月）：眾志成城-皮膚角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞（透射電鏡） 春和景明，出游勞作，積極進(jìn)取?？祚R加鞭：跑得很快的馬再加上一鞭子，使馬跑得更快，加速前進(jìn)。春季是花粉癥、過敏性鼻炎高發(fā)期，外出建議佩戴口罩；同時(shí)注意預(yù)防手足口病等腸道傳染病。角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞，色素細(xì)胞和朗格漢斯細(xì)胞加上角質(zhì)層在皮膚表面形成完整的物理、化學(xué)、微生物及免疫屏障，保護(hù)皮膚完整性。</p> <p class="ql-block">April (3rd Lunar Month of the Year of the Horse): United as One: Keratinocytes (TEM). The spring scenery is bright, suitable for traveling and working, with a positive and enterprising spirit.?Speed Up: A fast horse is whipped to run even faster, metaphorically accelerating progress.?Spring is a high-incidence period for pollinosis and allergic rhinitis. It is recommended to wear masks when going out. Also, pay attention to preventing intestinal infectious diseases such as hand, foot, and mouth disease.?Keratinocytes, melanocytes, and Langerhans cells, along with the stratum corneum, form a complete physical, chemical, microbial, and immune barrier on the skin surface to protect skin integrity.</p> <p class="ql-block">5月（馬年四月)：狼牙掛果：球形孢子絲菌（掃描電鏡） 春夏之交，氣溫升高，萬物生長。萬馬奔騰：形容聲勢浩大、場面熱烈，寓意蓬勃發(fā)展、眾人奮進(jìn)。避免外傷感染孢子絲菌，避免接觸患病動物，預(yù)防人畜共患疾病。夏季皮膚油脂分泌旺盛，毛孔易堵塞、長痘痘，注意皮膚清潔；紫外線強(qiáng)度極高，要戴太陽鏡、遮陽帽、防曬衣。</p> <p class="ql-block">May (4th Lunar Month of the Year of the Horse): Wolf's Fang Bearing Fruit: Sporothrix schenckii (SEM). It is the turn of spring and summer, with rising temperatures and all things growing: Thousands of Galloping Horses: Describing a grand and lively scene, symbolizing vigorous development and collective progress. Avoid infection with sporotrichosis from external injuries, avoid contact with diseased animals, and prevent zoonotic diseases. In summer, the skin's sebaceous glands are active and produce more oil, which can easily clog pores and lead to acne. Pay attention to skin cleansing. Ultraviolet rays are extremely strong, so wear sunglasses, sun hats, and sun-protective clothing.</p> <p class="ql-block">6月（馬年五月）：生命秘境-真皮內(nèi)的小動脈血管腔超微結(jié)構(gòu)（透射電鏡） 夏日炎炎，農(nóng)忙季節(jié)，拼搏沉穩(wěn)。秣馬厲兵：磨好兵器，喂好馬，寓意為下半年工作提前蓄力。夏季要注意預(yù)防蚊蟲叮咬，避免與他人共用毛巾、拖鞋，預(yù)防真菌性皮膚病。皮下血管：真皮小血管對維持皮膚營養(yǎng)、調(diào)節(jié)皮溫起重要作用。透射電鏡下可見小動脈血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞形成管腔，周圍有平滑肌和彈力纖維，管腔內(nèi)可見變形的紅細(xì)胞。</p> <p class="ql-block">June (5th Lunar Month of the Year of the Horse): Mystery of Life: Ultrastructure of Arteriole Lumen in Dermis (TEM). It is hot summer, a busy farming season, full of struggle and steadiness. Prepare for Action: Sharpen weapons and feed horses well, symbolizing preparing in advance for work in the second half of the year. Infection Prevention: Pay attention to preventing mosquito bites in summer, avoid sharing towels and slippers with others, and prevent fungal skin diseases. Subcutaneous blood vessels: The small blood vessels in the dermis play an important role in maintaining skin nutrition and regulating skin temperature. Under transmission electron microscopy, the endothelial cells of the small arteries form the lumen, surrounded by smooth muscle and elastic fibers, with deformed red blood cells visible within the lumen.</p> <p class="ql-block">7月（馬年六月）：變形殺手-新生隱球菌（透射電鏡） 盛夏時(shí)節(jié)，熱情似火，激情飛揚(yáng)。塞翁失馬：面對小挫折保持樂觀心態(tài)，一時(shí)受到損失，反而可能因此得到好處。?新生隱球菌可通過鴿等禽類糞便傳播到環(huán)境中，經(jīng)呼吸道或破損皮膚感染，侵入顱內(nèi)可引起致命的腦膜腦炎。夏季要預(yù)防蚊蟲叮咬，做好防暑降溫措施，避免在高溫時(shí)段外出，及時(shí)補(bǔ)充水分。</p> <p class="ql-block">July (6th Lunar Month of the Year of the Horse): Deformed Killer: Cryptococcus neoformans (TEM). It is midsummer, full of enthusiasm and passion. A Blessing in Disguise: Maintain an optimistic attitude in the face of small setbacks; a temporary loss may bring unexpected benefits. Cryptococcus neoformanscan spread to the environment through the feces of pigeons and other birds. It can infect through the respiratory tract or damaged skin, and invading the intracranial cavity can cause fatal meningoencephalitis. Prevent mosquito bites in summer, take heatstroke prevention and cooling measures, avoid going out during high-temperature periods, and replenish water in time.</p> <p class="ql-block">8月（馬年七月）：落地花生-角質(zhì)細(xì)胞包裹馬拉色菌酵母細(xì)胞(掃描電鏡) 夏末秋初，夏日余韻，收獲預(yù)兆。走馬觀花：騎在馬上看花，寓意暑假期間放慢腳步，欣賞風(fēng)景，享受生活。馬拉色菌是皮膚表面的常駐嗜脂性酵母，可引起花斑糠疹、毛囊炎，夏季皮膚易出油、出汗，更易誘發(fā)該病。夏季紫外線強(qiáng)度極高，避免在陽光強(qiáng)烈時(shí)段外出。</p> <p class="ql-block">August (7th Lunar Month of the Year of the Horse): Falling Peanut-Keratinocytes Enclosing. It encourages people to persevere on the path of growth. Staphylococcus aureuseasily causes skin infections such as impetigo. Keep skin clean and avoid sharing towels, slippers and other items with others. Find the spider from its silk and trace the horse from its hoofprints, symbolizing finding the root cause of problems and summarizing experience. Mycobacterium marinumis a common pathogen in aquatic products. Contact with fish, shrimp, crabs, etc. may cause infection, leading to chronic granulomas on the hands. When the bacteria form a dense biofilm, they are more drug-resistant. Bacterial invasion into the dermis can cause infection and damage subcutaneous tissue. At this time, lymphocytes will gather and secrete antibodies to fight the bacteria. Winter is a high-incidence period for respiratory infectious diseases such as influenza.
