font-size:20px;"> 軍銜制作為一項(xiàng)國(guó)際性的軍事制度，為世界各國(guó)軍隊(duì)所廣泛采用，我國(guó)正式實(shí)行軍銜制是在1955年。當(dāng)時(shí)，中國(guó)人民解放軍的軍官軍銜設(shè)4等14級(jí)，即元帥2級(jí)：中華人民共和國(guó)大元帥、中華人民共和國(guó)元帥；將官4級(jí)：大將、上將、中將、少將；校官4級(jí)：大校、上校、中校、少校；尉官4級(jí)：大尉、上尉、中尉、少尉。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 1955年9月27日，由國(guó)家主席毛澤東主持的授元帥軍銜和勛章的典禮在北京中南海懷仁堂舉行，授予朱德、彭德懷、林彪、劉伯承、賀龍、陳毅、羅榮桓、徐向前、聶榮臻、葉劍英10人以中華人民共和國(guó)元帥軍銜。同一天，國(guó)務(wù)院隆重舉行授予將官軍銜的典禮儀式，周恩來(lái)總理發(fā)布命令，授予粟裕、徐海東、黃克誠(chéng)、陳庚、譚政、肖勁光、張?jiān)埔荨⒘_瑞卿、王樹(shù)聲、許光達(dá)10人大將軍銜。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:20px;"> 軍銜制度是人類(lèi)軍事歷史的必然產(chǎn)物，它產(chǎn)生于15世紀(jì)的歐洲。戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大，指揮機(jī)構(gòu)中參謀部的出現(xiàn)，軍、師、旅、團(tuán)、營(yíng)等建制的形成，使得與其規(guī)模相對(duì)應(yīng)的元帥、將、校、尉等軍銜等級(jí)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。軍銜制打破了按出身門(mén)第封官晉爵的世襲舊軍制，而以戰(zhàn)功評(píng)價(jià)報(bào)酬和地位，因此廣泛吸引了自由農(nóng)民、平民等各階層的人士。在與封建騎士軍隊(duì)的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中，軍銜制軍隊(duì)以強(qiáng)大的生命力將對(duì)手淘汰出了戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)舞臺(tái)。本世紀(jì)初中國(guó)引進(jìn)了軍銜制。病入膏肓的清政府曾妄圖以洋人的軍事制度挽救自己即將滅亡的命運(yùn)。此后，中國(guó)各式舊軍隊(duì)都曾采用軍銜制，但是，究其根本，只是封建等級(jí)制的翻版而已，并沒(méi)有從本質(zhì)上改變舊軍隊(duì)的封建屬性。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 1955年9月，年輕的中華人民共和國(guó)為自己的人民子弟兵實(shí)行軍銜制，對(duì)我國(guó)的軍隊(duì)建設(shè)起了積極的作用。到1965年，10年間全軍共授予元帥10名，大將10名，上將57名，中將177名，少將1360名，將官以上軍銜共計(jì)1614名。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1);
