電影賞析--《阿甘正傳》

本周末，在英語老師的組織下，我們班舉辦了英語沙龍—英文電影《阿甘正傳》賞析。 同學(xué)們利用午休時(shí)間，與家長共同觀看了這部電影，并在線上與老師實(shí)時(shí)交流自己的看法，暢所欲言，感觸頗深。 　　通過本次活動(dòng)，增強(qiáng)了同學(xué)們對外國文化的了解，同時(shí)也拓展了同學(xué)們的課外詞匯量。讓同學(xué)們在輕松愉悅的節(jié)奏中學(xué)習(xí)英語，愛上英語，并樹立正確的人生觀和價(jià)值觀。 　　《阿甘正傳》是一個(gè)美麗動(dòng)人的愛情故事，是一個(gè)頗具煽動(dòng)性的勵(lì)志傳奇，是一條穿越時(shí)空重溫歷史的隧道。 電影改編自美國作家溫斯頓·格盧姆于1986年出版的同名小說，描繪了先天智障的小鎮(zhèn)男孩福瑞斯特·甘自強(qiáng)不息，最終“傻人有傻?！钡氐玫缴咸炀祛?，在多個(gè)領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)造奇跡的勵(lì)志故事。電影上映后，于1995年獲得奧斯卡最佳影片獎(jiǎng)、最佳男主角獎(jiǎng)、最佳導(dǎo)演獎(jiǎng)等6項(xiàng)大獎(jiǎng)。 影片的歷史背景是40年代到80年代的美國。反對種族歧視的民權(quán)運(yùn)動(dòng)、婦女解放運(yùn)動(dòng)以及和平反戰(zhàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)風(fēng)起云涌，政治暗殺、白宮丑聞此起彼伏，性解放、搖滾樂、吸毒等嬉皮文化在戰(zhàn)后一代中流行，傳統(tǒng)的思想觀念和倫理道德受到懷疑和沖擊。 　　Forrest Gump grows up in Greenbow(綠蔭鎮(zhèn)), Alabama. Although his IQ is just 75, his mother strives(努力地)to make him feel no different from others. Jenny is a motherless(沒有母親的) girl whose father is an alcoholic(酒鬼). Forrest and Jenny attend the same school and are best friends all the way up to high school. During his life, Forrest achieves(贏的) a lot more than any normal people may dream of. He becomes acollege student because he can run very fast and he is recruited(被招募) in the college football team. After playing football for five years, Forrest joins the army with his college degree(大學(xué)文憑). In the army, he meets a black young man called Bubba that everyone does not look down upon(看不起) him and they become good friends. On the battlefield in Vietnam(越南), Forrest saves the lives of many fellow(隨從的) soldiers, but he loses his friend Bubba. Among the people saved by Forrest, there is Lieutenant(上尉) Dan, who loses both of his legs and insists that dying on the battlefield is his destiny(宿命). After escaping from the Vietnam, Forrest is sent to the combat hospital(戰(zhàn)地醫(yī)院). During the days in hospital Forrest finds his talent(天賦) for ping pong ball. So he is placed(安排到) in the All-American(全美) Ping-Pong team, which visited China together with official delegation(代表團(tuán)) headed by President Nixon(尼克松總統(tǒng)). 　　By the way. For Forrest’s brave actions in Vietnam, he is awarded the Medal of Honor(榮譽(yù)勛章) by President of USA. While in Washington, he is swept up(被卷入) in an anti-war activity(反戰(zhàn)活動(dòng)) where he meets Jenny again. They spend the evening walking around Washington, but when the morning comes she leaves with her abusive(虐待的) boyfriend, who makes Jenny become addicted to drugs(染上毒癮). Maybe Jenny has lost herself(迷失自我)…… 　　When Forrest goes back to America from China, with the money by doing advertisements for a Ping-Pong paddle(球拍) company, Forrest begins his life as a shrimp boat captain(捕蝦船船長) in honor of Bubba whose dream was to buy a shrimp boat of his own and do business. With the help of Lieutenant Dan, Forrest‘s boat survives from a severe hurricane(劇烈的颶風(fēng)) and makes a lot of money. Forrest also becomes a millionaire(百萬富翁). Then, Forrest’s mother falls ill. Forrest returns home as quickly as his possible. But Unfortunately, his mother doesn’t recover(痊愈) and dies soon afterward…… A few years later, Jenny contacts Forrest and asked him to visit her. Once they are reunited(再重聚), Jenny tells him that they have a young son together, also named Forrest. She also tells him that she is dying from an unknown virus(病毒). She proposes(向……求婚) to Forrest and he accepts. Then they move back to the hometown and Forrest marries Jenny.
