<p class="ql-block"><b>岡仁波齊與梅里雪山、阿尼瑪卿山脈、青海玉樹的尕朵覺沃并稱藏傳佛教四大神山。 岡底斯山脈橫貫在北部昆侖山脈與南部喜馬拉雅山脈之間，如一條巨龍臥在西藏西部阿里廣闊的高原上。它高高揚起的頭，如一座大金字塔，聳立在阿里普蘭的高原上，這就是海拔6656米的主峰岡仁波齊。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b>查杰瑪大殿</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b>位于西藏自治區(qū)昌都地區(qū)類烏齊鎮(zhèn)，距縣城30公里。查杰瑪大殿是昌都地區(qū)歷史最悠久、規(guī)模最宏大的一座古寺。屬楊貢寺管理。楊貢寺是由高僧桑吉溫于公元1277年創(chuàng)建的，系達垅噶舉派的主寺之一。公元1285年，由桑吉溫奠基修建查杰瑪大殿，并于1328年竣工。該殿一向以雄偉壯觀的氣勢、珍藏眾多的佛像經(jīng)典而聞名于世。過去，當(dāng)?shù)厝罕娏鱾髦跋热コ堇_的大昭寺，而后再去查杰瑪大殿”的說法。</b></p><p class="ql-block">雪山下的藏族丁真三兄弟，剛剛大學(xué)畢業(yè)回到家鄉(xiāng)，兩位是幼教專業(yè)，一位學(xué)醫(yī)。他們說這個專業(yè)就是家鄉(xiāng)最基礎(chǔ)的，也是家鄉(xiāng)最需要改變的！樸實無華、遠大的理想這個充滿著誘惑的花花世界里難以置信。但他們真是這樣做了，現(xiàn)在兩位在村子里當(dāng)幼教老師，一位在衛(wèi)生院。</p><p class="ql-block"><b>孜珠寺位于西藏東部昌都地區(qū)丁青縣著名的神山-----孜珠山上，海拔4800米左右，是西藏海拔最高的寺院之一，也是雍仲苯教最古老、最重要的寺廟之一。孜珠寺始建于三千年前，由第二代藏王穆赤贊普倡導(dǎo)，大成就者第一世穆邦薩東大師創(chuàng)建并傳承，已是第四十三世。住持喇嘛被尊稱為“孜珠活佛”，現(xiàn)任住持為丁真祖普俄色活佛。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b>佛教稱為世界中心的岡仁波齊神山一直是我心中的向往。這次自駕車旅行終于用一顆虔誠的心和強勁的體能用14小時順利圓滿完成轉(zhuǎn)山膜拜，這是繼2018轉(zhuǎn)嘎多覺悟神山后又一次膜拜的最著名的神山！也是我60歲人生的最后一次努力！佛教界的四大神山，還有阿尼瑪卿神山、梅里神山。以后有機會去拍拍片也就滿足了。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b>一路上的遇見，當(dāng)然最為感動的就是從山脊的碎石坡下山五體投地的磕頭，說是對信仰的虔誠，其實就是一個人信念的強大，三步一叩首一圈下來差不多需要二十天……在路上遇見一位21歲藏族小帥哥，他從凌晨五點進入景區(qū)，我在12公里處超過他時，他快步追了上來，提出要和我一起同行，并陪伴了我一大半路程，只是默默的同行。一路上有年過花甲的老媽干，也有身背著沒滿月的嬰兒，路上相遇都是輕輕的微笑和淡淡的問候，人與人之間的關(guān)系變得溫暖、真實，善良的目光中充滿著信任。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b>陪我走了一大半路程的小帥哥</b></p> <p class="ql-block">沒有語言的交流，只是默默的陪伴。</p> <p class="ql-block"><b>辯經(jīng)指的是按照因明學(xué)體系的邏輯推理方式，辯論佛教教義的學(xué)習(xí)課程。藏語稱“村尼作巴”，意為“法相”，是藏傳佛教喇嘛攻讀顯宗經(jīng)典的必經(jīng)方式。多在寺院內(nèi)空曠之地、樹陰下進行。最早源于赤松德贊時期大乘和尚和噶瑪拉錫拉的公開辯論。辯經(jīng)這種方式最早源自古印度。公元792年，赤松德贊從印度請來蓮花生、寂護（就是建桑耶寺的那兩個人）等高僧，入藏宏法。當(dāng)時在西藏也有不少漢僧，領(lǐng)頭的叫大乘和尚。</b></p>
