<h5><div style="text-align: center;">Affiliated Middle School---The Place Where My Dream Set Sail </div><div style="text-align: center;">zhangxiong</div> The Spring of 2001 saw my coming to our newly-built school, and I was lucky enough to be the first teacher with the selection of 18 referees. It was then that the situation of education was rising in Xinzhou city. Two other excellent senior high schools had been set up one or two years earlier than our school. In the field of high school education, there was unprecedented competition. Our high-quality school set sail with the heavy stress. The 13 vanguards lived up to the responsibility, shoulders burdened with mission and duty.</h5><h5> The then party secretary of Xinzhou teachers university, Mr.Wang, had a wise eye for talents, and a distinguished school principal, Mr. Tian, emerged to take up the position. Under the leadership of them, 13 capable pioneers opened up a new prospect, sharing the joys and sorrows with each other.</h5><h5> The 13 pioneers recruited students, picking out the promising students from door to door, and going deep into the alleys to interview students and their parents. The girl teachers burned their beautiful cheeks under the direct sunshine, the male teachers suffering from being misunderstood and even blamed. What a difficult thing it is to persuade examinees to choose a new comer! Behind the careful promise is hard work. Only by our great efforts and sincere love were we able to succeed. Much to our pride, we made it, and we did make it. The reason why we were successful lay in the fact that we treated our students as offspring, brothers or sisters, and we loved our school like our own homes. Our affiliated middle school gained a wide reputation by its excellent style of studying, strict and humanized school spirt, as well as rigorous teaching style. In such an ideal campus, students learnt something important in life, gained happiness and achieved their dreams.</h5><h5> It was the common practice to return money found to its real owner. And it was universally accepted for teachers and students to donate money to help students in need. I, together with my respected old brother Juntang , was on duty for free on May Day, National Day, winter and summer holidays. Both of us had no regrets, and others made no complaints about voluntary jobs. I looked after the newly- purchased equipment alone lying on the floor, not fearing mosquitoes bites and mice attacks. What was frequent was that I frequently worked more than I could handle. Faced by with the difficulties we got rid of them by diligence, full confidence and optimistic attitudes. <br> When the results of the first entrance examination were announced, both college and senior entrance examinations, our school was a hit. The Junior department ranked the first place in the whole Xinzhou city, the Senior department ranking second according to six weight assessment indicators. From then on, the affiliated middle school has taken off. <br> On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of our school, I wish our school will be better and better!<br>作者簡介：<br>張雄，男，中小學(xué)正高級教師，大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷。從教三十余年，先后被評為山西省模范教師，全國第二屆外語教學(xué)能手，全國第二屆外語教師名師，全國優(yōu)秀名師工作室主持人，山西省學(xué)科帶頭人，山西省學(xué)科培訓(xùn)專家，山西省“千師萬題“評估專家，忻州市名師，忻州市教育局黨組聯(lián)系的優(yōu)秀專家，忻州市學(xué)科專家和試題命制專家，“三晉聯(lián)盟”教學(xué)大賽主評等榮譽稱號。受聘擔(dān)任山西省思維教育研究會副會長，山西省外語教學(xué)專業(yè)委員會理事。發(fā)表省級以上論文四十余篇，主持或參研省級以上課題六項，主編或參編省級以上出版社編輯出版的教學(xué)類書籍十七部。</h5>
