color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"><i> 制訂學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃可以幫助我們充分地利用時(shí)間，實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)，提高學(xué)習(xí)效率。所謂學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃就是對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的總體安排，什么時(shí)候該干什么，干到什么程度，做到心中有數(shù)。高效學(xué)習(xí)的因素很多，科學(xué)制定計(jì)劃，規(guī)劃學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)，堅(jiān)決落實(shí)到底是關(guān)鍵因素。 科學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃絕非一張時(shí)間表，最重要的一點(diǎn)是我們要提高執(zhí)行力，堅(jiān)持按照計(jì)劃的做，這是計(jì)劃能夠發(fā)揮作用的關(guān)鍵。否則就會(huì)淪為一紙空文。</i></b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;
