It’s my honor to stand here and share my speech. 親愛的朋友們： 下午好，今天下午我們有一個(gè)非?；钴S和有意義的會(huì)議。所有的老師都很積極地演講和講話。很榮幸我也能站在這里給大家演講。 My name is Shishengling. I come from Xinglong Middle school. Today my topic is :To Build a Good Teacher - student Relationship. 我的名字叫時(shí)圣玲，我來自興隆中學(xué)。我演講的題目是:建立良好的師生關(guān)系。 　　The relationship between a teacher and a student can be good or bad, helpful or harmful. A good teacher-student relationship will make learning enjoyable and interesting, and make teaching worthwhile as well. But a bad one can discourage the student from learning and make teaching an unpleasant task. Either way, the relationship can affect the student for the rest of his life. 教師和學(xué)生之間的關(guān)系可以是好的，也可以是壞的，也可以是有益的，也可以是有害的。良好的師生關(guān)系會(huì)使學(xué)習(xí)愉快有趣，也會(huì)使教學(xué)有價(jià)值。但是，一個(gè)壞的可以勸阻學(xué)生，使教學(xué)一個(gè)不愉快的任務(wù)。不管怎樣，這種關(guān)系都會(huì)影響學(xué)生的余生。 　　Therefore, in order to have a good relationship, it is important for the teacher and the student to respect each other. If the teacher is too strict, he will frighten the student; and the student will not learn well. On the other hand, if the teacher is too friendly and permisive, the student may become undisciplined, and stop working hard.The teacher’s attitude and approach should be between the two extremes, that is, in the golden mean. He should encourage the student without forcing him to learn. He needs patience and understanding. It is part of the teacher’s job to help the student develop a right attitude toward life and study. As for the student, in order to have a good relationship with his teacher, he must always show him proper respect. He should work hard and learn from the teacher modestly . In this way he will be able to profit much from his teacher. The student’s greater achievement is the best return to his teacher. 因此，為了有一個(gè)良好的關(guān)系，重要的是教師和學(xué)生相互尊重。如果老師太嚴(yán)格，他會(huì)嚇到學(xué)生；而學(xué)生也不會(huì)學(xué)好。另一方面，如果老師太友好，學(xué)生可能會(huì)變得不守紀(jì)律，停止工作太難了。那個(gè)教師的態(tài)度和方法應(yīng)該介于兩個(gè)極端之間，即中庸之道。他應(yīng)該鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生不要強(qiáng)迫他學(xué)習(xí)。他需要耐心和理解。幫助學(xué)生養(yǎng)成正確的人生觀和人生觀是教師工作的一部分學(xué)習(xí)。至于這個(gè)學(xué)生，為了和他的老師保持良好的關(guān)系，他必須總是對(duì)他表示適當(dāng)?shù)淖鹬亍Ｋ麘?yīng)該努力學(xué)習(xí)，向老師學(xué)習(xí)。這樣他就可以從老師那里學(xué)到東西。學(xué)生的更大成就是對(duì)老師最好的回報(bào)。 In conclusion, a good-student relationship can be mutually beneficial.The student gains knowledge enjoyably, and the teacher gains satisfaction from his job.
