下班路上偶遇偶像蓓蓓媽媽，看她買了奶油等材料，說也要帶蓓蓓做圣誕甜品。欠欠的我準(zhǔn)備帶我熱情的朵兒去湊個熱鬧。朵朵知道蓓蓓每天堅持讀書,堅持體能訓(xùn)練，總想跟著一起玩，跟小偶像學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)習(xí)?？嘤跊]有時間和機(jī)會，擇日不如撞日。走起！ ????Craft：Cheesecake Santa strawberry圣誕老人草莓甜品?Materials:10 Strawberries，Cream ，Icing Sugar/ Sugar powder ，Chocolate beans 1. Place cream into a bowl. Add the sugar. 將奶油放進(jìn)碗里,加入白砂糖。 2. Beat together cream, lemon juice and sugar until creamy.把奶油,檸檬汁和糖攪拌在一起.(沒準(zhǔn)備檸檬汁，用白醋代替) 3.Beat with an electric mixer until the cheesecake mixture is light and smooth. 用電動攪拌器攪拌,直到芝士蛋糕混合物變輕和光滑。4. Transfer into a piping bag with a star tip.轉(zhuǎn)移到帶有星形尖端的管道袋中。 5. Cut the tops off the strawberries and discard. Cut the lower third off the strawberry. Slice off small end of strawberry to make hat.切下草莓的頂部并丟棄,把草莓的下三分之一切下來，把草莓的小頭切下來當(dāng)做帽子。6. Turn the strawberry upside down and squeeze out the cream on the strawberry to make head and white beard.把草莓翻過來,把奶油混合物放在草莓上當(dāng)做頭和白胡須。 7. Replace hat on top and put in place. 把草莓小帽子放在上面。8. Repeat with remaining strawberries. 剩下的草莓重復(fù)上述步驟。 9. Pipe the small ball on top of Santa’s hat and two white s on his red coat.點(diǎn)小圓點(diǎn)在圣誕老人帽子上，在他的紅外套上點(diǎn)兩個白色紐扣。 中途發(fā)生了點(diǎn)小插曲，化解的過程值得記錄一下:蓓蓓媽媽給每個小朋友分了一根巧克力棒，準(zhǔn)備做圣誕老人的眼睛時使用。蓓蓓發(fā)現(xiàn)朵朵的巧克力有個小缺口（實際是澆灌的氣孔)，跟她媽媽說:朵朵先吃巧克力了！朵朵:我沒有！蓓蓓:你撒謊！朵朵:我沒撒謊。（覺得很委屈）朵朵媽媽:（我站到寶貝身邊，撫摸她的肩膀)我相信你沒偷吃，寶貝。I believe in you .此時，蓓蓓媽媽堪比教科書式的引導(dǎo)上場了。她先看了下那個巧克力的小洞洞，然后用英語跟蓓蓓解釋，這是制作過程中正常出現(xiàn)的洞洞，然后自己拿出一塊新的巧克力，咬了一口，給兩個寶貝看，被咬過的巧克力應(yīng)該是什么樣子。然后對朵朵說，阿姨相信你沒有偷吃。又給每個寶貝切了小小一塊巧克力分享，與寶貝們擊掌????表示誤會已經(jīng)圓滿解決。Give me five!兩個寶貝都開心了。 一件小小的事，反應(yīng)出養(yǎng)育的藝術(shù)，沒有粗暴解決簡單處之，也沒有絕對的對錯，而是和諧的解決了小小的誤會。????（分享的巧克力是抹茶味的，抹茶怎么說？馬上倆媽查起來，居然是green tea ,哈哈哈????） 10. One little monkey jumping on the bedHe fell off and bumped his headSo Momma called the doctor and the doctor saidNo more monkeys jumping on the bed! 蓓蓓媽拿出了她親手制作的教具，還把歌詞中的bed 改成蹦床 trampoline來進(jìn)行變換???? 一晚上拍了好多視頻，可惜由于美篇篇幅限制不能完整整理收藏，幾乎制作甜點(diǎn)和游戲過程都是全英語對話的，兩個媽媽互相查缺補(bǔ)漏，配合地很好，寶貝們更是積極互動，熱情滿滿，笑聲不斷，不斷輸出，質(zhì)量很高。如果日常能多一些這樣的機(jī)會，真是太珍貴了。不僅實現(xiàn)了玩中學(xué)，還跟優(yōu)秀的寶貝和媽媽學(xué)會了很多良好的習(xí)慣！
