color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 云門子老師一席話，在群內(nèi)如一石激起千層浪，引起大家的共鳴。由此，我也從云門子老師的高見引伸一下，聊聊我們"百花園"群的特色：?</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 第一，我們?nèi)菏俏幕涣鲗I(yè)平臺，這是最大特色?，F(xiàn)在很多微信群，內(nèi)容龐雜，有藝術(shù)作品，也有雞湯文帖;有朋友之交，也有小人互傷;有正能正量，也有低級趣味;有高尚情操，也有庸俗之道;有謙謙君子，也有文人相輕。總之，不倫不類，魚龍混雜的比比皆是。所以，我們?nèi)罕仨毘鲇倌喽蝗?，?guī)定只交流展示書畫詩詞美文等藝術(shù)作品，其他方面的內(nèi)容一律說"不"。不允許作廣告和拉選票，屢勸不改者堅決移出群。這樣做，可以使大家專注藝術(shù)交流和分享，不會有任何干擾和雜音。也可以凈化群內(nèi)空氣，保證我們?nèi)猴L(fēng)清氣正，專業(yè)突出，方向明確。?</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 第二，我們?nèi)菏且粋€供大家展示交流文化作品的網(wǎng)上展廳，或者說是網(wǎng)上美術(shù)館、文化館?；蛟S，您的作品由于種種原因(不一定因為水平差)，可能進(jìn)不了省美術(shù)館，文化館。但是在這里，由于微信平臺和朋友之間相互轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)，乃至轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)到有關(guān)微信群，朋友圈，其讀者數(shù)量和傳播力度及范圍，不可低估，可能比進(jìn)美術(shù)館，文化館還要大，還要廣。?</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 第三，我們?nèi)翰佚埮P虎，高手如林，文藝修養(yǎng)和藝術(shù)品位是比較高的，也是一些群所無法達(dá)到的。從書畫方面，我們?nèi)河性谑?nèi)外影響很大，多次斬獲國家及省內(nèi)大獎，名至實歸的省內(nèi)外名家，如曹心勤、梁益強、李嘉存、唐建、云門子、趙金柱、馮增木等著名書畫大家及楊世忠、左金岱、崔然琳、馨瑩、領(lǐng)秀秀、王傳耕、蔡承旺、任恒正、王明君、魯子、連鎮(zhèn)殿、馬傳根、馮恩援、李凡平、黃寶源、李申、王家利、脫春香、馬顯信、肖連平等老師。在詩詞歌賦方面，我們?nèi)河性谶@方面造詣較深，水平高，在省內(nèi)外頗有名氣的詩詞大家。如周宏康、張國賢、冷廣云、李久香、張義風(fēng)、董華、王明智、徐江源、陳春娥、彭瑞廣、古貝、老于、孫羽、蕭連穎、張榮才、唐義等老師。在篆刻藝術(shù)方面，有石興業(yè)、于志剛等老師，在攝影方面，有左右，呼玉根等，在美圖修飾方面，有倪平、孫在倫等。(可能掛一漏萬，如沒點到請諒解)。正是因為有這么多高手和熱情友人在我們?nèi)?，以及其他老師朋友的佳作美文，才使百花園群星璀璨、百花爭艷，四季如春。?</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 第四，我們?nèi)菏谴蠹蚁嗷ソ涣?、相互學(xué)習(xí)、相互切磋、相互提高的網(wǎng)上課堂。建群以來，我們先后請幾位藝術(shù)顧問為我們開設(shè)專題講座。周宏康老師講詩詞創(chuàng)作及賞析，梁益強，趙金柱、馮增木等講個人專長美術(shù)創(chuàng)作，曹心勤老師講文字，書法。他們都年事已高，身體欠佳，但為我們義務(wù)傳授技藝，毫無保留，不計報酬(沒有一分錢)，這不亞于去高等學(xué)府去上課，也比上老年大學(xué)高出一籌，這是非常難得的機(jī)遇。同時，還要肯定的是，這幾位老師對發(fā)現(xiàn)群內(nèi)明顯的不足，在尊重作者，采取適當(dāng)方式，照顧情面的前題下，也敢于發(fā)表批評意見，除極個別者外，使被指正者受益匪淺，深受感動。?</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 我們《百花園》群，2020年2月由于洪文主任在原戰(zhàn)友群的基礎(chǔ)上創(chuàng)建。初名《微展廳》。以發(fā)表書畫詩詞為主要內(nèi)容。現(xiàn)已發(fā)展為148人的超大群，可謂百花齊放，群卉爭姸，蒸蒸日上，余輝四溢。之所以如此繁榮，我想與群主不定時發(fā)表“群評“指導(dǎo)有極大關(guān)系。?</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">三.犀利及時性?</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">為使本群始終走在正確之路上，一開始群主便制訂了群規(guī)，規(guī)范大家的行動。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，便利用“群評”善意規(guī)勸，好意批評，屢教不改者堅決移其出群。并以"群評”形式向群友做出交待，以便教育大多數(shù)。如群評26便及時抓住我群以老人為主，體弱多病的苗頭，條分縷析，詳細(xì)分析，顯明地提出“讓我們大家一起玩出精彩，玩出快樂，玩出健康"的呼吁。似清道夫為《百花園》的茁壯成長，掃清前進(jìn)的道路。?</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 20px;
