-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3);">      為全面貫徹落實國家、省、市各級教育工作大會精神，推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育實施，切實加強(qiáng)音樂教師隊伍建設(shè)，促進(jìn)教師終身學(xué)習(xí)和專業(yè)發(fā)展，提高教師課堂教學(xué)技能及自身專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。2020年11月5日，由永濟(jì)市教科局教研室組織，</span>小學(xué)音樂名師工作室承擔(dān)<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3);">召開了“小學(xué)音樂學(xué)科課堂教學(xué)觀摩研討會”，</span><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3);">在永濟(jì)市實驗小學(xué)大會議室順利開展。</span></h3> <h3>　　教研室音樂教研員鄧小瑩老師主持會議，首先，她邀請參會教師掃碼加入到“小學(xué)音樂學(xué)科交流分享群” ，將我們音樂學(xué)科組建成了一個大家庭<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); white-space: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">，共同學(xué)習(xí)，共同進(jìn)步。讓小學(xué)音樂學(xué)科更加系統(tǒng)化、專業(yè)化，</span>為老師們<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); white-space: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">提供相互交流的平臺。</span><span style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">本次教研活動的形式是：同課異構(gòu)。課題為五年級上冊《踏雪尋梅》。</span></h3> <h3>　　第一位執(zhí)教的教師是小學(xué)音樂名師工作室成員電機(jī)小學(xué)黃梅老師，她用甜美的聲音為我們講授了這首欣賞冬天自然美景的歌曲，梅花不畏冬雪，傲然綻放，吐艷枝頭。</h3> <h3>瞧，學(xué)生們多認(rèn)真啊，全神貫注的<span style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3);">     第二位執(zhí)教的老師是小學(xué)音樂名師工作室成員實驗小學(xué)王婧老師，她用一段優(yōu)美的舞蹈導(dǎo)入歌曲，富有親和力的教態(tài)，教學(xué)內(nèi)容豐富，將律動融入到音樂中，整堂課的氣氛活躍，給老師們留下了深刻的印象。</span><br></h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">【評課一】</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     首先請參會教師代表談?wù)剝晒?jié)課的觀課感受，老師們都<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3);">暢所欲言，毫無保留的把自己的觀課認(rèn)識、看法、見解、收獲等等都能開誠布公的說出自己的建議。</span>圖中是電機(jī)小學(xué)范蕭蓉老師和實驗小學(xué)韓曉老師的評課發(fā)言（還有很多老師的評課沒有留影，請諒解）<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3);">此環(huán)節(jié)教研活動老師們的參與度極高，老師們的學(xué)習(xí)熱情也非常高漲。</span></h3><h3><br></h3><h3></h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">【評課二】</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     接下來由小學(xué)音樂名師工作室銀杏小學(xué)張麗慶老師為我們做了精彩的點評，她主要圍繞了兩節(jié)課的優(yōu)缺點進(jìn)行分析，并指出了操作性強(qiáng)的建議：<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3);">樂理知識完全可以融入教唱中，學(xué)唱——發(fā)現(xiàn)問題——解決問題——突破問題。</span></h3> <p style="white-space: normal;
