踔厲風發(fā)，揚帆起航——靜寧一中新學期英語教研活動紀

淺秋悄然至，風景更猶存。9月3日，靜寧一中英語教研組如期舉行了新學期英語教研活動，會上，教研組長馬曉文老師對上學期工作進行了分析、總結(jié)，對新學期英語教學做了進一步規(guī)劃和指導。 　　 　　Autumn is coming quietly, and the scenery still remains beautiful. On September 3, the English Teaching and Research group of Jingning No.1Senior High School held English teaching and research activities in the new semester as scheduled. At the meeting, Mr.Ma, the head of Teaching and Research Group, analyzed and summarized the work of last semester, and made further planning and guidance for English Teaching in the new semester. 　　會上，組長具體分析了當前我校學生英語學習的具體問題：1 學生英語學習所分配時間較少。2 英語作業(yè)質(zhì)量差，抄作業(yè)現(xiàn)象特別嚴重。3 學生對英語學重視程度不夠。4 學生英語單詞拼讀問題嚴重。 　　At the meeting, Mr. Ma analyzed the specific problems occured in the current English learning in our school: 1.The time of students' English learning is less. 2 The quality of English homework is poor, and the phenomenon of copying homework is particularly serious. 3 Students pay less attention to English learning. 4 Students have serious problems in spelling. 　　針對以上問題，組長對全體教師提出了以下具體教學要求：1 合理地加快英語教學進度。2 嚴格把關每周教學檢測內(nèi)容質(zhì)量。3 培養(yǎng)學生每天定時做英語作業(yè)的習慣。4 英語作業(yè)至少保證每天兩篇閱讀理解。5 加強學生詞匯檢測，解決好學生不識字的問題。6 提高集體備課質(zhì)量，備課內(nèi)容要詳實。除此之外，組長還強調(diào)要增加學生閱讀量、各年級備課組長進行單元整合教學案例、解決學生英語書寫問題等。 　　In view of the above problems, Mr. Maput forward the following specific teaching requirements for all teachers: 1. Reasonably speed up the progress of English teaching. 2. Strictly guarantee the quality of teaching content every week. 3. Cultivate students' habit of doing English homework at regular time every day.4 At least two pieces of English comprehension exercise should be finished for students every day. 5. Vocabulary test is of importance to solve the problem of students' illiterate. 6 To improve the quality of Preparation for Lesson in team work，the content of lesson preparation should be detailed. 　　同時，英語組教師們也進行了積極討論，根據(jù)自身經(jīng)驗對不同年級的英語教學提出了自己的意見和建議。老師們收獲頗多。 　　Meanwhile, other teachers also actively discussed and put forward their own opinions and suggestions on English Teaching in different grades according to their own experience. Teachers all have gained a lot. 新學期，新起點。英語組全體成員將繼續(xù)共同努力、團結(jié)協(xié)作、不斷奮斗、向更高的目標前進！ 　　New semester, new starting point.
