28周早產(chǎn)兒撤機(jī)困難，多學(xué)科協(xié)作共商診療思路

<h3>28+5周經(jīng)陰道分娩的早產(chǎn)兒入院后治療一波三折，經(jīng)呼吸機(jī)治療17天仍難以撤機(jī)，科內(nèi)多次討論調(diào)整治療方案，該患兒臨床表現(xiàn)仍未見好轉(zhuǎn)，新生兒科鄭玲芳主任看在眼里，急在心里。</h3> <h3><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);
