-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">一、什么是防汛</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">防汛是指為防止和減輕洪水災(zāi)害，在洪水預(yù)報(bào)、防洪調(diào)度、防洪工程運(yùn)用等方面進(jìn)行的有關(guān)工作。汛的含義是指江河、湖泊等水域的季節(jié)性或周期性的漲水現(xiàn)象。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">二、降雨的特性</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">降雨可按空氣上升的原因，分為峰面雨、地形雨、對流雨和臺風(fēng)雨四類。24小時(shí)降雨強(qiáng)度與等級(單位：毫米)</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">小雨10毫米，中雨10-25毫米，大雨25-50毫米，暴雨50-100毫米，大暴雨100-250毫米，特大暴雨大于250毫米。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">　　暴雨天氣來臨，氣象部門會(huì)向全社會(huì)發(fā)布預(yù)警信號，按照由弱到強(qiáng)的順序，預(yù)警信號分為四級，分別以藍(lán)色、黃色、橙色、紅色表示。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">三、洪水暴發(fā)時(shí)我們應(yīng)該如何防備與自救</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">洪水是一種可怕的自然災(zāi)害，它不僅吞掉我們的房屋，還可能吞噬我們的生命，給我們的生活帶來巨大的影響。面對肆虐的洪水，我們要做好充分的準(zhǔn)備。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1.根據(jù)電視、廣播等提供的洪水信息和自已所處的位置房舍結(jié)構(gòu)條件，冷靜選擇撤離位置。避免出現(xiàn)“人未走，水先到”。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2.認(rèn)清路標(biāo)，明確撤離的路線和目的地，避免因?yàn)轶@慌而走錯(cuò)路。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3.備足速食食品或蒸煮夠食用幾天的食品，準(zhǔn)備足夠的飲用水和日用品。洪水到來時(shí)來不及轉(zhuǎn)移的人員，要就近迅速向山坡、結(jié)構(gòu)牢固的樓房上層、高地等地轉(zhuǎn)移。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">4.泥坯房里人員在洪水到來時(shí)，來不及轉(zhuǎn)移的，要迅速找一些門板、桌椅、木床、大塊的泡沫塑料等漂浮的材料扎成筏逃生。不宜游泳、爬到屋頂。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">四、臺風(fēng)來了怎么做？</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">夏季是臺風(fēng)的高發(fā)期，臺風(fēng)過境時(shí)會(huì)嚴(yán)重破壞我們的日常生活，甚至威脅到人們的生命安全，因此，預(yù)防和應(yīng)對臺風(fēng)的工作非常重要。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">五、面對強(qiáng)對流天氣，我們應(yīng)該怎樣進(jìn)行防護(hù)呢？</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">六、汛期在家需注意的安全事項(xiàng)</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1.雷雨天氣如果在家，要關(guān)門關(guān)窗，隔離潮氣，防止家中電器受潮。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2.如家中不慎浸水，要立即切斷電源。不要玩手機(jī)電腦和看電視。不能沖澡，因?yàn)闊崴魇菐щ姷模@個(gè)時(shí)候洗澡，可能會(huì)導(dǎo)電，很有可能會(huì)威脅到生命安全。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">七、汛期出行在外需注意的安全事項(xiàng)</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1.遇到雷雨天氣盡量不外出，已出門在外的要尋找安全的地帶避災(zāi)自護(hù)。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2.途中遇險(xiǎn)時(shí)，不必驚惶失錯(cuò)，應(yīng)迅速進(jìn)行避險(xiǎn)自救或?qū)ふ仪笾缶鹊霓k法，不能冒險(xiǎn)行事。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3.雷電交加時(shí)，如果在空曠的野外無處躲避，應(yīng)該盡量尋找低凹地(如土坑)藏身，或者立即下蹲、雙腳并攏、雙臂抱膝、頭部下俯，盡量降低身體的高度。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">4.小心“吃人”的井蓋，在積水中行走要注意觀察，防止跌入坑洞中。水深看不見底的地方不要去，當(dāng)心水道，排污井等深坑。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">5.遠(yuǎn)離不牢固圍墻、老舊建筑物體。暴雨會(huì)使得部分被連日雨水浸泡的邊坡和建筑變得不牢固導(dǎo)致塌方事故。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">6.不倚靠路燈桿、信號桿、電線桿等，避免與含金屬物體接觸。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">7.注意積水中的電線。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)電線斷落在水中，千萬不要自行處理，更不能撒腿就跑，否則很可能會(huì)在跨越時(shí)觸電，應(yīng)當(dāng)立即在周圍做好標(biāo)記，及時(shí)報(bào)警。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2.服用預(yù)防藥物，避免發(fā)生傳染疾病。如果發(fā)生傳染病例，必須進(jìn)行隔離治療。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3);
