-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      疫情期間幼兒園采取封閉式管理，為優(yōu)化幼兒進(jìn)出園流程，完善晨檢制度，家長不入園，幼兒在門口有序排隊(duì)，并使用免洗洗手液洗手。按入口通道進(jìn)入一米線測溫區(qū)。嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行測溫入園檢測。幼兒進(jìn)入教室前，班級(jí)等候老師對(duì)其進(jìn)行二次晨檢，幼兒按進(jìn)入標(biāo)記保持一米以上距離排隊(duì)等待。</h3> <h1 style="text-align: center;"><b><font color="#ff8a00">02<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3);">返園條件</span></font></b></h1><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      2.來園前，幼兒及家人必須無咳嗽、發(fā)熱、腹瀉、乏力等癥狀，無其他傳染病。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      3.幼兒及家人需連續(xù)在鹽湖區(qū)居住生活至少14天，和高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)及境外人員無接觸。</h3> <h1 style="text-align: center;"><b><font color="#ff8a00">03 <span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3);">返園前準(zhǔn)備</span></font></b></h1><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      1.請(qǐng)如實(shí)填寫《健康卡》需要打印并簽名，來園時(shí)交給負(fù)責(zé)老師。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      2.開學(xué)前一天，幼兒家長需打印“通信大數(shù)據(jù)行程卡”（彩色的）、承諾書交給班主任老師，如有異情幼兒暫緩返園。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      3.開學(xué)前后，請(qǐng)家長和幼兒盡量減少外出活動(dòng)和各種聚集活動(dòng)，請(qǐng)您本著對(duì)家人、幼兒園及社會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度自覺做好個(gè)人防范。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">   （1）每位幼兒書包中自備1—2個(gè)口罩（口罩外側(cè)寫好姓名，必要時(shí)使用）；</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  （2）嚴(yán)禁幼兒攜帶液體酒精（或酒精噴霧）到園。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      1、每日入園前準(zhǔn)時(shí)完成幼兒體溫自測，如實(shí)填報(bào)當(dāng)天身體狀況；對(duì)體溫異常（超過37.3℃）或出現(xiàn)其他疑似癥狀的幼兒，不可來園上學(xué)，并第一時(shí)間告知班主任、就醫(yī)，待幼兒完全康復(fù)后，按規(guī)定方能復(fù)課。為了控制幼兒交叉感染，出現(xiàn)其他病因引發(fā)的咳嗽、流鼻涕等癥狀也請(qǐng)及時(shí)在家休息或就醫(yī)觀察，待完全康復(fù)后安排來園。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      2、積極配合班主任做好因病因事的請(qǐng)假及動(dòng)態(tài)報(bào)告手續(xù)，如實(shí)告知幼兒的身體狀況及請(qǐng)假事由，便于幼兒園做好相關(guān)防控工作。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      3、開學(xué)后，幼兒園實(shí)行全封閉式管理，家長一律不得入園；特殊情況請(qǐng)與班主任聯(lián)系。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3);">      4、開學(xué)后，盡量讓孩子選擇步行或私家車上下學(xué)。如需乘坐公共交通工具，叮囑孩子全程佩戴好口罩，做好預(yù)防工作。</span></h3><p style="white-space: normal;
