white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     疫情繼續(xù)蔓延，勢(shì)頭依然嚴(yán)峻，德國(guó)政府出于防控疫情的需要，于4月27日開始實(shí)施強(qiáng)制戴口罩令，進(jìn)超市、坐車戴口罩成為強(qiáng)制義務(wù)。由于德國(guó)當(dāng)前口罩供應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足市場(chǎng)需要，許多僑胞也一樣被突如其來的疫情打個(gè)措手不及，沒有基本的防疫口罩，為了解僑胞這個(gè)燃眉之急，接到信息的當(dāng)晚，王永成，鄭光民二位副主任就認(rèn)真研究分發(fā)方案，第一，選擇分發(fā)地點(diǎn)。第二，落實(shí)分發(fā)點(diǎn)聯(lián)系人及分發(fā)時(shí)間。第三，落實(shí)分發(fā)點(diǎn)的物資配送。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，近4000申請(qǐng)人，遍及北威州254個(gè)城鎮(zhèn)，人員眾多，地方分散，就如何領(lǐng)取，如何便民利民難題擺在面前，副主任鄭光民建議說：“盡量多設(shè)立分發(fā)點(diǎn)，人員安排的問題，做這么有意義的事，相信會(huì)得到眾僑胞支持的”，于是根據(jù)人數(shù)集中程度以及地理位置建立了25個(gè)分發(fā)點(diǎn)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
