十人并肩，共守教育初心—United, we stand. Separated, we fall

People across China were about to enjoy the traditional Chinese Spring Festival when an unexpected epidemic, the COVID-19, broke out firstly in Wuhan and then beyond, which shaped people’s life greatly, especially the schooling of the students of all levels. 2020新年伊始，新冠肺炎疫情席卷全國。為保障特殊時期學(xué)生停課不停學(xué)，高一英語組正式開始線上教學(xué)。 In response to the online schooling resolution for the good of the students made by Tuanfeng Senior High School, we, English teachers of Grade One, went all out for it to reduce the impact on the students' schooling as much as possible. 2月至今，在組長包惠文老師的帶領(lǐng)下，高一英語組每周進行集體備課，總結(jié)上周的教學(xué)成果，并統(tǒng)籌安排本周的教學(xué)任務(wù)。每位老師積極創(chuàng)新教學(xué)手段、教育方法，為提高線上教學(xué)質(zhì)量建言獻(xiàn)策。 In accordance with the resolution by the school, we held a weekly video conference chaired by Mr Bao from 6pm to 8pm every Monday evening, working out the teaching plan for the following week through heated dicussion and whole hearted sharing. 自線上教學(xué)開始，我們搜集、整理、編輯課程資料，包括新課課件、同步習(xí)題、復(fù)習(xí)套題等，供組內(nèi)共享。 In order to help with the students' academic performance, practices, exercises and tests of all kinds are delicatedly prepared for them and closely marked with heart and soul. 為落實好線上教學(xué)任務(wù)，我們微信、QQ、釘釘，各個軟件齊上陣。 根據(jù)各班課表，我們落實每周三次的英語早自習(xí)，安排課內(nèi)任務(wù)，聽力訓(xùn)練、線上學(xué)習(xí)視頻、文字資料樣樣俱全，聽說讀寫一個不落。 Apart from tutoring in the chat room, daily online courses via Live stream or video and teleconference have been underway to better the online schooling for the benefit of the students. 騰訊會議、QQ課堂、企業(yè)微信，釘釘課堂，處處有我們直播的“聲”和“影”。從不缺席，從不懈怠，我們認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)地講解每一單元的重點內(nèi)容，為學(xué)生答疑解惑。 線上教學(xué)之初，我們主要使用微信群和QQ群來檢查和批改學(xué)生作業(yè)。 后來，我們又擁有了新的助力武器“釘釘”和“小七學(xué)伴”，它們提高了批閱速度，更好地發(fā)揮了作業(yè)批改評語對學(xué)生的積極反饋作用。 3月中旬，我們迎來了一個全新的挑戰(zhàn)—線上月考。于我們每一位老師而言，這是一次全新的體驗。我們遠(yuǎn)程提醒學(xué)生注意答題時間、答題格式及答案圖片上傳格式，單位時間內(nèi)完成閱卷任務(wù)，同心協(xié)力，圓滿完成了此次任務(wù)。 十人并肩兩余月，共守初心永不悔。線上教學(xué)還在繼續(xù)，高一英語組的堅守也仍在繼續(xù)。想必春暖花開之際，即是重聚團中之時！ One door is closed while another is wide open.
