-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       特殊時(shí)期，應(yīng)上級(jí)“停課不停學(xué)”要求，我們民小教育集團(tuán)也積極響應(yīng)號(hào)召，根據(jù)中心學(xué)校布署，迅速制定方案，成立了民小教育集團(tuán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子，直播團(tuán)隊(duì)。雖然好多老師困在老家，無穩(wěn)定網(wǎng)絡(luò)，無電腦；還有好多老師年齡偏大，信息技術(shù)有限、無設(shè)備、手機(jī)版本太低，但只要接到任務(wù)后的老師，都是排除萬(wàn)難，迎難而上，特別是想到好多孩子在家無人監(jiān)管，父母都沒回家，力求想盡一切辦法讓每個(gè)孩子都能參與學(xué)習(xí)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">          2月10日，長(zhǎng)梁鎮(zhèn)中心學(xué)校組織技術(shù)骨干對(duì)年輕教師進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">         這次我負(fù)責(zé)六年級(jí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播教學(xué)的監(jiān)管，不同年級(jí)有不同的教學(xué)任務(wù)，如低年級(jí)側(cè)重于健康教育、環(huán)保教育、動(dòng)手能力方面的訓(xùn)練；中高年級(jí)側(cè)重于生命教育，愛國(guó)主義教育。說實(shí)在，對(duì)這一新鮮事物確實(shí)心理沒底，因?yàn)楫吘剐畔⒓夹g(shù)能力趕不上這些小輩，再說對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播開始也有很多抵觸情緒，覺得小學(xué)生在教室面對(duì)面上課注意力都難集中，還何況老師沒在身邊，根本起不了多大作用，或者想到開學(xué)所講知識(shí)肯定還要再來一遍。（后來證明我先前的擔(dān)心和顧慮是多余的，因?yàn)橛兴欣蠋煹男燎诟冻觯。┑髿夂蛞训?，面?duì)遙遙無期的疫情，面對(duì)每天增長(zhǎng)的數(shù)字，網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)也勢(shì)在必行。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      老師們都很配合，特別是我們集團(tuán)內(nèi)剛開始選出的幾位直播老師：語(yǔ)文黃國(guó)艷老師，外語(yǔ)吳爽老師，數(shù)學(xué)楊春燕老師，都非常盡職。為了使上課順利進(jìn)行，她們不知犧牲了多少休息時(shí)間，從學(xué)技術(shù)，到試講，但她們都沒一聲怨言?？紤]到每個(gè)年級(jí)一個(gè)直播老師太辛苦，中心學(xué)校又以全鎮(zhèn)統(tǒng)一組建直播團(tuán)隊(duì)，這給剛開始一人擔(dān)任直播老師稍稍減輕了壓力（另外，在中心學(xué)校尚未安排增加全鎮(zhèn)直播教師數(shù)前我們已考慮到這一點(diǎn)，已在集團(tuán)內(nèi)開始安排。）</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">從2月12日－14日，各位網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播的先行者，每天都準(zhǔn)時(shí)上課，這期間遇到過各種問題，如：網(wǎng)絡(luò)不穩(wěn)，老師學(xué)生無法進(jìn)教室；有學(xué)生和老師無法連麥；有的學(xué)生覺得新奇，在對(duì)話中刷表情包致使無法上課……但老師們沒打過退堂鼓，一如既往的堅(jiān)持，聽課老師也給所有老師極大鼓勵(lì)和包容，所有班主任和科任教師按時(shí)進(jìn)堂聽課、管理學(xué)生、落實(shí)作業(yè)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">         在接下來的日子里，網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播課在各位老師們的精心準(zhǔn)備下，技術(shù)越來越嫻熟，質(zhì)量也越來越高，六年級(jí)數(shù)學(xué)我聽得多的是冉輝老師和黃至誠(chéng)老師的課，他們緊抓住教學(xué)目標(biāo)使課堂達(dá)到了高效，特別是數(shù)學(xué)組隊(duì)長(zhǎng)冉輝老師好負(fù)責(zé)，每天上課后總是要把作業(yè)布置好，強(qiáng)調(diào)到位。我想，這一切也許就是對(duì)教師這一職業(yè)的最好詮釋吧！</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        劉陽(yáng)老師的《藏戲》，劉老師查閱了大量資料讓學(xué)生對(duì)這一特有的民俗藝術(shù)有了了解；英語(yǔ)老師吳爽、劉倩的課，雖然我沒大聽懂，但反正覺得她們?nèi)似粒瑴?zhǔn)備充分，很適合做主播，從老師們的評(píng)價(jià)就知道她們棒棒的！最讓我感動(dòng)的是六年級(jí)英語(yǔ)革繼香老師，年齡不是太年輕了，但她從接受任務(wù)就積極準(zhǔn)備，設(shè)備不熟問同事，在直播課上也能駕輕就熟！</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
