-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1、個(gè)體研讀。寒暑假至少讀一本書，力爭讀深、讀透，讀有思考，讀有感受，并且要認(rèn)真做好讀書筆記（不少于4000字，學(xué)校統(tǒng)一筆記本），寫一篇不低于1000字的讀書心得體會(huì)。（只限交紙質(zhì)檔）。 </h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2、交流匯報(bào)。2020年2月11日，教師們將讀書筆記上交學(xué)校。學(xué)校評(píng)出一等獎(jiǎng)3名（獎(jiǎng)金300元|人），二等獎(jiǎng)5名（獎(jiǎng)金200元），三等獎(jiǎng)10名（獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)100元|人），并發(fā)榮譽(yù)證書。其他評(píng)為合格，獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)50元每人，不發(fā)證書。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3、從獲獎(jiǎng)教師中抽選出8名教師進(jìn)行讀書分享，時(shí)間定于2月14日下午一點(diǎn)半開始，原則上用PPT匯報(bào)，每人不超過8分鐘，匯報(bào)人可獲得精品禮物一個(gè)。 </h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">5、評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：讀書筆記和心得體會(huì)各占50分。讀書筆記大致從字?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)標(biāo)，字跡工整，排版美觀，實(shí)踐反思、個(gè)人想法創(chuàng)新五個(gè)點(diǎn)打分；心得體會(huì)要能結(jié)合工作實(shí)踐談思路，能夠指導(dǎo)教學(xué)實(shí)踐有方法。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
