white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        2、各位坊主責(zé)任明確、躬身指導(dǎo)。首先了解熟悉課程內(nèi)容，把握本次“國培”的要點和重點；積極進(jìn)行教學(xué)研究和實踐，提高自己的教學(xué)理論水平和實施新課程的能力，保障承擔(dān)和勝任“國培”的輔導(dǎo)工作；堅持網(wǎng)上研修，與學(xué)員老師一道進(jìn)行教育教學(xué)理論的學(xué)習(xí)和交流，進(jìn)行教學(xué)實踐的探索與反思，耐心回答學(xué)員提出的問題，認(rèn)真做好輔導(dǎo)、指導(dǎo)、服務(wù)和督促工作。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
