white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我們又回到溫州，住在溫州五馬街的溫州大酒店，晚上吃的溫州名小吃長(zhǎng)人餛燉。<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">傳說(shuō)“長(zhǎng)人餛飩”源于1930年左右，當(dāng)時(shí)樂(lè)清人陳立標(biāo)來(lái)溫州以餛飩攤開(kāi)始經(jīng)營(yíng)，沿街叫賣(mài)。他制作精細(xì)，餛飩皮很薄，用鹽適當(dāng)，餡肉用新鮮瘦肉。蓋料更講究，有紫菜、蛋絲、肉松、青菜、浸酒蝦米，尤其是湯清見(jiàn)底，形似花朵，美味爽口，深受大家歡迎。由于他個(gè)子很高，人們都稱(chēng)他的餛飩為“長(zhǎng)人餛飩”。</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
