white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">一日之間，我們從南走到北，從夏走到冬。感受到北方凜冽的寒風讓人難受，但心是暖烘烘的，我們要用一周的時間來感受大連的美、歷史、人文以及教育的潛力。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">按照大連教育學院的安排，11月5日至7日，我們第二組到大連市甘井子區(qū)春田小學跟崗研修。11月5日上午8時，我們來到了春田小學，初延紅校長移步校門親切接待我們，并與我們合影留念。</h3> <h3>接著，初校長帶我們參觀了校園，并向我們介紹了春田小學的辦學體系，初校長曾于2013年到珠海參觀學習，我們又來春田小學跟崗學習，教育無邊界，學習無止境。通過互相學習，把教育事業(yè)辦得更好。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">在匯報會上，初校長用娓娓動聽的語言、豐富的理論、多元的活動闡述了課程建設、德育管理、學校文化建設等問題，為在座的校長們提供可資借鑒的樣例。她將春田小學“生態(tài)教育”育人取向引向“遇見美好的自己！”引領(lǐng)兒童期待自己，發(fā)現(xiàn)自己，尋找自己，成就自己。期望通過積極教養(yǎng)，把一個人的內(nèi)心真正引導出來，帶著學校授予的知識與能力、思想與智慧、情懷與品行，不斷前行、不斷抵達、不斷創(chuàng)造，成長為自己的樣子，為的是“想著明亮那遠方”！</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">下午，通過聽課、研討、交流、學習，我收獲頗多。姜琳老師給我們展示了一節(jié)精采的英語繪本閱讀課《Kong Rong and pears》。課堂上，姜老師盡顯風采，課堂氣氛活躍，充分展示了自身良好的英語素養(yǎng)和扎實的教學基本功</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">隨后，劉歆老師以「悅讀悅‘繪’——繪本閱讀教學思考與實踐」為主題，與在座的老師們分享、交流如何有效開展英語繪本教學。劉歆老師提出繪本閱讀教學以英文繪本閱讀材料為載體、以閱讀素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)為核心確立課程方向，著力培養(yǎng)學生“愛閱讀、會閱讀、能閱讀”，幫助英語教師達成提高學生閱讀教學能力的共識。</h3> <h3>接下來的兩天都是聽課，特色課程都在錄播室上課，德育課、主題親子實踐、音樂課等根據(jù)實際在不同的場室上課。</h3> <h3>通過三天的跟崗學習，發(fā)現(xiàn)大連的課堂教學有兩大特色：1.把課堂還給學生，學生是主體，教師為指導，2.小組合作學習，分組討論，把學科學習能力系統(tǒng)培養(yǎng)與合作精神的培養(yǎng)作為教學的重要環(huán)節(jié)。還有是大連小學只上四天半課，周三下午學生放假，教師在校搞教研。</h3> <h3>“教必有方，引萬道清泉誠滋桃李芳天下；誨人不倦，化潤萬物春泥勤育英才澤祌州”，春田小學傾心于師生生命成長，主張各盡天性，自由和諧發(fā)展，以生態(tài)文化課程多維度多元化為每一個孩子的成長提供服務，讓孩子們在“情趣、智趣、樂趣”的校園里，情感、智慧、體能、創(chuàng)造力得到自由發(fā)展，實現(xiàn)“教育讓生命更美好”的育人愿景。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">大連的城市規(guī)劃建設有排洪河（護城河），既可排洪，排經(jīng)污水處理廠處理后的水，又可作為消防車取水滅火用，相比南方的城市每逢下大雨就水浸街，大連就有前瞻性和國際視野。城市發(fā)展需要規(guī)劃，人生亦然。</h3> <h3>一周的研修結(jié)束了，明天又要飛回廣州參加11月10的學習總結(jié)匯報和《學校變革與優(yōu)質(zhì)化實踐創(chuàng)新方案》研討交流，大連的魅力在于她教育的內(nèi)涵、在于她風過無痕的淡定，經(jīng)歷過的都成為歷史。教育無界，學無止境，我們會把到大連的所學運用到極致。</h3> <h3>圖文：陳纘茂</h3>
