-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      欲求教書好，必做讀書人。閱讀是教師成長的必由之路。為了營造良好的閱讀氛圍，分享閱讀所得和經驗，提升教育智慧，10月31日中午，全體青年教師及第三組成員齊聚一樓閱覽室，開展第三期讀書分享活動。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      如何對學生進行情感教育。每個孩子都是獨一無二的，作為教師，要給孩子關愛，給他時間，給他空間。同時要善于發(fā)現學生的特別之處，及時鼓勵表揚，也許他們會爆發(fā)出我們難以想象的能量。所以，教師們都應該記?。褐挥心悴环艞墸⒆硬挪粫詶?。只要你還相信，孩子就會自信。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      藝術教育不能僅僅停留在表面，音樂課不能僅僅停留在唱歌上。音樂是一門綜合學科，包含樂理知識、節(jié)奏、樂器等等。要注重對學生樂理知識的教育。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><b>張明老師：</b></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      一個好的老師應該什么都會，什么都教。一個已經畢業(yè)的孩子雖然還不會拼音但卻能做出一百道菜。讓我們明白了每個孩子有其不同于其他孩子的特性，沒有百分百完美的教育，但不管什么教育，都離不開愛。愛是教育力量的源泉，也是教育成功的基礎，每個孩子都值得我們溫柔對待。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
