font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><b>早在2013年3月，在江西寧都召開的成立廣東省賴氏宗親會發(fā)起人大會上，參加會議的192名宗親代表，根據(jù)我的提議，就一致?lián)碜o推舉賴華宗親為籌備成立廣東省賴氏宗親會的牽頭人。自那時起的一年多時間里，賴華宗親不負眾望，帶領惠東縣的文龍、玉忠、銀鷹等宗親，走訪了廣東各地的宗親組織和宗賢，開展了宗親聯(lián)誼活動；廣泛發(fā)動、物色和征詢各地擬進入省宗親會組織的人選和意見、建議，為順利創(chuàng)建省宗親會打下了良好的基礎。</b></h3><p style="text-align: center; font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><b>2014年春，在構思廣東省宗親會組織架構及組織人選時，我綜合分析各方面有利因素和意見、建議，在做通松谷宗親思想工作的前提下，提出了由松谷宗親為省宗親會會長、賴華宗親為省宗親會執(zhí)行會長的人選方案。在當時，有一部分宗親對這個方案不理解。但賴華宗親作為大家一致推舉出的籌備成立省宗親會的牽頭人，卻毫無怨言，決然擁護這個方案，并在行動上積極配合松谷宗親，做好廣東省宗親會成立大會的各項籌備工作以及第一屆省宗親會的工作。體現(xiàn)了他對宗族事業(yè)髙度負責的大局意識和不計榮譽得失的髙風亮節(jié)精神。在此，我建議大家對賴華宗親表示衷心感謝和崇髙的敬意！</b></h3><p style="text-align: center; font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><b>在一次座談中，有位宗親說，松谷宗親的企業(yè)做得好，有錢，對宗親事業(yè)貢獻就大。我當時說，你只說對了一半，更主要的是他有一份感恩社會的心，一份孝心，為什么有的企業(yè)同樣做得好甚至更有錢的宗親卻不能象松谷宗親那樣樂于奉獻呢！說到這里，使我又想起了2010年4月30日，我在總會成立大會閉幕式上的即席講話。我說，要向各地企業(yè)做得好即有錢的宗親宣講清楚，你今天的成功，一靠改革開放的大環(huán)境，二靠你自己的聰明才智、拼搏努力，三從風水學覺度考慮，靠列祖列宗的庇佑及風水屋場的蔭護，所以要樂于回報社會、樂于回報宗族事業(yè)。我還說，如果向他們宣講清楚，對宗親事業(yè)還是一毛不拔，就再也不用廢口舌了，他們的企業(yè)就有可能中途夭折，一個數(shù)典忘祖的人，他的事業(yè)怎可能長盛不衰。說多了，算是題外話。 </b></h3><p style="text-align: center;
