white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 為了幫助新教師盡快完成角色轉(zhuǎn)換，適應(yīng)教育教學(xué)工作，培養(yǎng)從事小學(xué)教育教學(xué)的基本素養(yǎng)，提升駕馭課堂的能力，我校組織了第一次新入職教師研討課活動。</h3> <h3>第一節(jié)作課的是張園老師，所選內(nèi)容是三年級數(shù)學(xué)《倍的認(rèn)識》</h3> <h3> 用孩子們喜歡的游戲“數(shù)學(xué)抱抱團(tuán)”，張園老師輕松開啟了今天的新課。</h3> <h3> 看似簡單的游戲，實(shí)則蘊(yùn)涵了新課中需要的知識鋪墊“幾個幾”，同時(shí)激發(fā)了孩子們學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，課堂也變得生動而有趣。</h3> <h3> 張園老師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生動手操作，通過擺一擺、說一說，與“幾個幾”建立聯(lián)系，進(jìn)一步感知倍的含義。</h3> <h3> 各色制作精美的教具，給課堂增添了色彩；精心設(shè)計(jì)的板書，彰顯了張園老師的智慧。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
