white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       “合作學(xué)習(xí)”的學(xué)習(xí)方式，不是一種形式，而是要通過這一方法促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)者——學(xué)生發(fā)生變化，學(xué)生在這樣的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境下，會(huì)形成優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)，包容互助，凝心聚力，責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)戎T多平常教學(xué)中無從獲取的能力成長(zhǎng)，“合作學(xué)習(xí)”是真正為了學(xué)生的“學(xué)”發(fā)生變化的學(xué)習(xí)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        為什么合作學(xué)習(xí)我們也倡導(dǎo)，卻一直不能進(jìn)行深度的推廣與研究，我們對(duì)合作學(xué)習(xí)的認(rèn)知與呈現(xiàn)僅僅停留在表層狀態(tài)，僅僅是一種形式而已，沒有引發(fā)激活學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)與學(xué)習(xí)激情，究其原因，首先我們沒有“合作學(xué)習(xí)”的好的專家引領(lǐng)；其次，我們教師的專業(yè)技術(shù)能力制約著“合作學(xué)習(xí)”不能持續(xù)有效的推進(jìn)；再次，教師的教學(xué)觀念滯后，沒有真正承認(rèn)，沒有真正認(rèn)識(shí)到“合作學(xué)習(xí)”是提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量、引發(fā)學(xué)生積極參與學(xué)習(xí)的有效途徑，因此，要把合作學(xué)習(xí)做實(shí)做好，需從培訓(xùn)教師做起。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        武教授用實(shí)際感受與理論相結(jié)合的方式。使大家理解了合作學(xué)習(xí)的理論知識(shí)，如何分組、如何小組建設(shè)、如何小組互助學(xué)習(xí)。在參與感受的過程中，我教授要求我們小組建立，制定小組的組徽、組訓(xùn)、組規(guī)、小組行動(dòng)密碼、討論指定命題“如何加強(qiáng)小組的凝聚力”。在這一過程中，我第一次知道了“坐莊”這個(gè)詞的用意。指定“坐莊”人由他來分配小組的分工，讓每一位成員知道傾聽的含義。在大家共同的努力下，“微光四射”小組誕生<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">了：“我們帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生觀察生活中的細(xì)小，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)自己偉大的理想。每個(gè)人在生活中都是微小的，但在自己的舞臺(tái)上會(huì)散發(fā)萬丈光芒，所以我們天天向上，微光四射。”小組展示也是別具風(fēng)格，時(shí)間關(guān)系只有6個(gè)小組可以展示，這時(shí)就又要考察大家是否認(rèn)真傾聽，認(rèn)真觀察只有這樣才能有機(jī)會(huì)展現(xiàn)自己的小組。在這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)給了我很深的印象和思考，我們的孩子可以認(rèn)真完成自己的任務(wù)，卻總是忘記傾聽，而武校長(zhǎng)的體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)中考慮的非常詳細(xì)給我沒做了很好的示范，想要展示自己首先用學(xué)會(huì)傾聽與尊重他人，在每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都在強(qiáng)調(diào)傾聽的重要性。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
