white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        2019年7月14日，潼南區(qū)教科所20名專兼職教研員跋山涉水來到大連理工大學(xué)，開啟了為期一周的研修之旅。與我們共同學(xué)習(xí)的還有銅梁區(qū)教師進(jìn)修學(xué)校的50名學(xué)員。 </h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       潼南區(qū)教科所所長李淑芬、銅梁區(qū)教師進(jìn)修學(xué)校校長李奕奕要求學(xué)員們要做到：明確目的，增強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)的針對性；嚴(yán)守培訓(xùn)紀(jì)律，珍惜學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會；精確定位，積極提升專業(yè)能力；學(xué)以致用，提高學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)效性。</h3> <h1>                  <b><font color="#39b54a">專家引領(lǐng)     授漁釋惑</font></b></h1><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        上午，由長春市教育局教學(xué)研究室白智才主任為學(xué)員們帶來精彩講座《新時(shí)代教研員專業(yè)素養(yǎng)范式轉(zhuǎn)型》。他以幽默風(fēng)趣的話語為我們營造了一個輕松愉快的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，指出新時(shí)代的教研工作已經(jīng)到了轉(zhuǎn)型期。各地教研工作轉(zhuǎn)型期面臨的幾個共同問題：1.新時(shí)期的教研工作應(yīng)該發(fā)揮怎樣的功能？2.新時(shí)期的教研員應(yīng)該具備怎樣的專業(yè)素質(zhì)？3.教研員應(yīng)該扮演怎樣的角色？4.教研員應(yīng)該進(jìn)行怎樣的研究與實(shí)踐。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        一石激起千層浪。他拋出的問題讓教研員認(rèn)識到身上責(zé)任的重大。隨后，白教授就這幾個問題分析了教育部有關(guān)教研工作的各種政策及文件要求，讓大家清楚了解到國家對教研工作轉(zhuǎn)型的具體要求。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        然后，白教授分享了長春市教研轉(zhuǎn)型的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出了基于數(shù)據(jù)、基于需求、基于調(diào)查的“精準(zhǔn)化教研”理念。他提出的“智慧化教研”、“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化教研”顛覆了學(xué)員們的認(rèn)知，大家紛紛表示這樣的經(jīng)驗(yàn)為我區(qū)教研工作轉(zhuǎn)型提供了很好的藍(lán)本，也為我區(qū)將來的教研工作指明了方向。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       下午，白智才主任做了題為《教研員命題的探索與思考》報(bào)告。他詳細(xì)分析了高考命題的指導(dǎo)思想和總基調(diào)，并借助案例，深入淺出地梳理了目前高考命題的新思路、新變化。他緊緊圍繞“立德樹人、服務(wù)選才、引導(dǎo)教學(xué)”的命題核心功能，通過“一點(diǎn)四面”“一核四層四翼”，引導(dǎo)我們要科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)考試內(nèi)容，強(qiáng)化價(jià)值觀引領(lǐng)、素養(yǎng)導(dǎo)向、能力立意，在真實(shí)復(fù)雜情境中考察學(xué)生的關(guān)鍵能力，充分發(fā)揮考試的育人功能和積極導(dǎo)向作用，優(yōu)化命題功能，助力推動教學(xué)實(shí)踐。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
