white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2019年5月是忙碌的，特別的，大風(fēng)車幼兒園開展了家園共育，從“心”開始，家訪月活動(dòng)。家訪對(duì)我們來說并不是一個(gè)陌生的詞，作為聯(lián)系家庭與學(xué)校的一條紐帶，它發(fā)揮了無(wú)可替代的作用。通過開展家訪活動(dòng)，可以拉近家長(zhǎng)和教師的距離，使雙方的溝通交流更加有效，讓家長(zhǎng)們對(duì)幼兒園和老師們更多了一份信任，讓我們更能走進(jìn)彼此，因?yàn)槲覀兊哪康氖冀K如一，一切只為了孩子們健康快樂的成長(zhǎng)！</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 在家訪前，老師們做足了功課，制定了家訪計(jì)劃，針對(duì)每一名幼兒的性格特點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)好家訪內(nèi)容，預(yù)先通知家長(zhǎng)，約定時(shí)間。因?yàn)榘滋煲习?，老師們都是晚上進(jìn)行家訪活動(dòng)，以班級(jí)為單位，按照事先制定好的路線一家家走訪。老師們不辭辛苦，自始至終沒喊一句累，沒說一句怨言，按照?qǐng)@里的部署，認(rèn)真完成了家訪任務(wù)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 在家訪過程中，我們深切的感受到家長(zhǎng)們對(duì)子女的殷切希望，也感受到他們對(duì)老師的尊重與信賴。我們?cè)敿?xì)地了解幼兒的興趣愛好，性格特長(zhǎng)及家庭成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境，在家表現(xiàn)等，并聽取了家長(zhǎng)對(duì)老師的建議。同時(shí)我們也向家長(zhǎng)反饋了幼兒在園的表現(xiàn)，肯定幼兒的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，甚至是家長(zhǎng)還沒有注意到的閃光點(diǎn)，耐心的傳授家庭教育的方法。對(duì)于不方便家訪的家庭老師們利用離園時(shí)間和家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行約談，針對(duì)孩子的情況和家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的溝通并達(dá)成共識(shí)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
