white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">以前沒接觸過，第一次接觸覺得王校長是一個(gè)典型理工男，很樸實(shí)很直率[壞笑]跟記者口中反饋的一樣。有了解長培的老師和家長是這樣形容這個(gè)學(xué)校：長培是長郡的嫡親崽，所有的決策全部是以長郡的理念為主。這一點(diǎn)跟稍后我介紹的青竹湖有點(diǎn)不一樣，青竹湖相對獨(dú)立，雖然是一中系，但是青竹湖作為初中，他們有董事會，而且比較獨(dú)立。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">王校長主要圍繞“粹”字展開演講，從校訓(xùn)到師訓(xùn)到生訓(xùn)。長培對老師的管理非常嚴(yán)格，所以老師應(yīng)該也是各個(gè)學(xué)校壓力最大也最辛苦的。要求對每個(gè)學(xué)生都是“只只螞蟻?zhàn)缴蠘洹钡脑瓌t，不放棄任何一個(gè)孩子。我的理解就是“拉著做，拖著追”</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">因?yàn)槭袌鲆呀?jīng)被妖學(xué)圈家長破壞，水漲船高的外培現(xiàn)象，你不努力追就會被淹沒。他打了一個(gè)比方：自主招生階段，學(xué)校題目出的簡單了，完全招不到生。只有提升難度才能分層。這是學(xué)校的無奈，也是家長的無奈，因此該如何，家長自己斟酌</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">他還說到一個(gè)現(xiàn)象，初一進(jìn)去第一個(gè)學(xué)期學(xué)生們成績普遍超高，數(shù)學(xué)幾乎都是99、100，為什么？因?yàn)槎忌狭祟A(yù)科??！但是到了初一下學(xué)期和初二就看差距了，一來是孩子的叛逆期到了，不聽調(diào)擺；二來是預(yù)科很少上到初二的。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">對于擇校，王校長覺得孩子能學(xué)的，家長要給助力給機(jī)會給補(bǔ)給；但也不是所有孩子都適合上民校，因?yàn)槊裥毫φ娴暮艽?。我說一下自己的感受：<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">最近我被拉入到各種各樣的長培群，身邊的媽媽瞬間變成“各大學(xué)校前幾名學(xué)霸”、“各學(xué)校大隊(duì)優(yōu)秀干部”、“愛籃球興趣廣泛少年”等等的家長，而且男家長多起來，很多活動(dòng)都是爸媽齊上場，很多爸爸都是各個(gè)群的活躍分子。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">曾經(jīng)專注學(xué)習(xí)過“教育戲劇”，學(xué)齡前兒童學(xué)習(xí)教育戲劇是非常重要的，一旦錯(cuò)過規(guī)范孩子行為的黃金時(shí)期，成年后的素質(zhì)也很難保證。而6歲前是兒童心理建構(gòu)的最重要時(shí)期，教育戲劇就是用戲劇的方法根據(jù)孩子成長規(guī)律規(guī)范孩子的行為和素質(zhì)?！霸谒械乃囆g(shù)門類里，戲劇是離人最近的藝術(shù)”，舞臺上的角色生成，看似是扮演其實(shí)是源于現(xiàn)實(shí)生活，表達(dá)的也是孩子自己對外界及對內(nèi)心的求索、認(rèn)知。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
