white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        春天的腳步還未久留，五月悄然而至，熱熱的空氣中，夏天的氣息似乎更加濃郁了。在這百花齊放的季節(jié)，我們東街小學不變初心，從容而又充滿激情的走在教學教研前進的路上。</h3> <h1><font color="#b04fbb"><b><br></b></font></h1><h1 style="text-align: center; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        為推進課改進程，優(yōu)化課堂教學質(zhì)量，進一步提高教師基本功，我校于本月進行了課改研討活動，本次研討活動，學校領導及各年級組、教研組都高度重視，由中層領導和教研組長牽頭，各年級組推薦，有20位教師率先進行課改課展示，全體教師進行研討。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        參加課改課展示的教師能努力打破封閉式教學，逐步實現(xiàn)開放式教學。課堂上打破了一問一答，一問一答案的強制、封閉式的傳統(tǒng)教學，基本能根據(jù)教學內(nèi)容和學生的年齡特征及認知的特點，創(chuàng)設問題情境，特別是設計有探索性和開放性問題，進行開放性問題教學。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        在教學活動中，老師采取“以學生為主體，以教師為主導，讓學生成為學習的主人”教學原則，通過教師有序的引導、生動活潑的啟發(fā)教學，激發(fā)學生積極的參與、合作與交流，充分發(fā)揮了學生的主體作用。學生回答問題積極、主動。特別值得一提的是，不少教師在確立學生為“小主人”后，并不是放棄教師引導的作用，相反更強化了教師誘導的功能。如梁云老師，她能靈活處理教材，認真?zhèn)湔n、備學生，能較好地搭建師生的互動平臺，學生在老師的指導下，小組合作自主探究學習知識。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       本次活動還邀請聯(lián)校領導到我校進行指導，在研討中，聯(lián)校姬校長指出了我校課堂中出現(xiàn)的種種問題，同時各教研組也通過研討，總結(jié)出本次活動后，課堂教學應該改進的地方：</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        1、教師的課堂應變能力有待加強。當學生表現(xiàn)出不理解或課堂氣氛沉悶時，部分教老師不能機智地判斷學情，靈活地對自己的教學方案作即興地調(diào)整和改變。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        2、每一位教師應在課堂上要注重培養(yǎng)學生的學習習慣、關注群體學生、關注學困生以及課堂評價的多樣性等。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">         教研活動是推動課堂改革的關鍵手段，做好教研，會促進教學，提高課堂成效！真諦課堂的改革，需要教研活動的及時性、常態(tài)化。為更好的指導學生小組合作，李校長組織了一次特殊的教研活動。<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">將老師們分年級分科目，以四人小組開展了獨立思考、動手操作、小組合作。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        本次的教研活動可以看出語文教師的豐富想象力，數(shù)學老師的理性思考。思維的靈活性，方法的多樣性。從獨立的思考，熱烈的交流，不斷的嘗試實踐，合作的快樂，誠懇的互助中反思自己的課堂，如何把主動權交給學生，如何讓學生自主學習，小組合作學習落到實處。習慣的培養(yǎng)如何落實在行動上。</h3> <h3 style="text-align: center;"><br></h3><h1 style="text-align: center;"><b><font color="#b04fbb"><i>常規(guī)檢查</i></font></b></h1> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        "狠抓教學常規(guī)，提高教學質(zhì)量"一直是我校治校理念，月底，我校對教師的業(yè)務學習、教學設計、作業(yè)設置、聽課評課等教學常規(guī)工作進行了全面檢查。從檢查來看，我校教學常規(guī)工作抓得比較扎實，并能較好地落實各項教學常規(guī)的自查工作。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1、備課力求完美。這次檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)每位教師都能認真?zhèn)湔n，書寫較以前規(guī)范，教學環(huán)節(jié)齊全，教學過程比較詳實，個別教師教案中有自己獨到的見解，抄襲教案的現(xiàn)象逐步減少；備課從學習目標的制定、課堂上的出示、教學方法的設計及教學媒體的運用能體現(xiàn)新的課改理念，能注重學法的指導，體現(xiàn)“先學后教、小組合作”課堂教學模式。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2、教師寫的教學反思比前有所提高，能體現(xiàn)教師對教材處理的新方法，能側(cè)重對自己教法和學生學法的指導，并且還能對自己不得法的教學手段、方式、方法進行解剖。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
