同課異構(gòu)展風(fēng)采，教研活動(dòng)促成長(zhǎng)

<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">　　我校舉辦了主題為“同課異構(gòu)”的教研活動(dòng)。同課異構(gòu)作為校本教研活動(dòng)，既有利于教師切磋交流、探討教育教學(xué)規(guī)律、實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)，又有利于教師各顯本領(lǐng)、各展所長(zhǎng)，還能讓教學(xué)異彩紛呈，是一種有效的教研形式。<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">活動(dòng)中不同的教師面對(duì)相同的教學(xué)內(nèi)容，根據(jù)自己的生活經(jīng)歷、知識(shí)背景、情感體驗(yàn)建構(gòu)出不同意義的設(shè)計(jì)，呈現(xiàn)出了不同的教學(xué)風(fēng)格。賦予了靜態(tài)教材以生命活力，塑造了各具特色的創(chuàng)造性課堂教學(xué)模式。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       李洪霞老師在教學(xué)過(guò)程中創(chuàng)設(shè)情境，目標(biāo)明確，能為教學(xué)服務(wù)。通過(guò)創(chuàng)設(shè)情境，讓學(xué)生感覺(jué)數(shù)學(xué)是有趣的。學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)是認(rèn)知和情感的結(jié)合。每一個(gè)學(xué)生都渴望挑戰(zhàn)，渴望挑戰(zhàn)帶來(lái)的成功，這是學(xué)生的心理共性。成功是一種巨大的情緒力量，它能使學(xué)生產(chǎn)生主動(dòng)求知的心理沖突，因此，教師在課堂教學(xué)中，要有意識(shí)地設(shè)各種情境，為學(xué)生提供挑戰(zhàn)的機(jī)會(huì)，不失時(shí)機(jī)地為他們走向成功。<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">課上得很成功，給人耳目一新，無(wú)論指導(dǎo)思想、課的設(shè)計(jì)都充分體現(xiàn)了新的理念，體現(xiàn)了數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科的本質(zhì)。</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        數(shù)學(xué)是有趣的、是簡(jiǎn)單的、是鮮活的。這次聽(tīng)課學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)雖然是短暫的，但是我們的課堂改革以及課程改革是長(zhǎng)久，我將積累這次學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，將它們應(yīng)用于以后我自己的數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)過(guò)程中去，努力的做一位優(yōu)秀的數(shù)學(xué)教師。</h3>
