<h3>  為了進一步提高學校參加市級賽教人員的實戰(zhàn)技能,促進青年教師的快速成長。2019年5月9日下午3點,殷瑜名師工作室在陜科大強華學校舉行了市級賽教選手賽前的第二次磨課活動,此次活動由殷瑜名師工作室主持人殷瑜老師主持展開。與此同時,磨課活動邀請來教學專家鄭娟娟老師和傅琳琳老師,以及省級教學能手邊艷老師和惠玲玲老師對參賽教師們進行點評、指導。<br>  At 3:00 p.m. on May 9th, 2019. She is from Caihong Middle School in Xianyang city.&nbsp;She pays more attention to classroom interaction and stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm in her class.<br></h3> <h3>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;課后,評委老師殷瑜老師、鄭老師、傅老師 分別對三位參賽教師的微課作出了精彩點評,既肯定亮點,又指出不足,使磨課教師受益頗多。其中,鄭老師更是親自為選手們示范了如何組織課堂活動和課堂用語。三位專家肯定了參賽教師的教學技能并給出具有建設性的指導意見。三位評委老師一致認為,參賽教師首先要自信;其次應該注意導入快而有創(chuàng)意,注意把握好時間。最后,課堂活動設計要創(chuàng)新,教學指令語要清晰簡單。在活動結(jié)束時,三位評委老師祝愿參賽老師們在比賽中獲得佳績。<br></h3><h3>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;After the micro-classes given by the three teachers, three teaching experts Ms.Yin,Ms. Fu and Ms. Zheng made the comments on the whole four classes in turn. They should plan their time before the class. The third one is to pay attention to the design of classroom activities. At last, three experts wished every teacher to gain the success.
