溫情四月 ?繽紛課堂 <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        為深入貫徹落實(shí)《幼兒園教育指導(dǎo)綱要》（試行）和《3至6歲兒童學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展指南》精神，根據(jù)遵義市學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量提升項(xiàng)目園工作的相關(guān)精神，為了開(kāi)展好我們幼兒園數(shù)學(xué)認(rèn)知教學(xué)，為了提升本園教師的專業(yè)素質(zhì)，加強(qiáng)教師對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)認(rèn)知活動(dòng)的組織和實(shí)施，為今后更科學(xué)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、有效地開(kāi)展活動(dòng)提供理論支撐。根據(jù)實(shí)際情況，我園將于2019年4月28——29日舉行為期兩天的“幼兒園優(yōu)質(zhì)課——科學(xué)領(lǐng)域數(shù)學(xué)認(rèn)知活動(dòng)評(píng)選暨觀摩交流活動(dòng)”。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">的形式充分調(diào)動(dòng)幼兒的積極性，在提問(wèn)題時(shí)語(yǔ)言親切到位，讓幼兒通過(guò)仔細(xì)觀察，大膽表達(dá)，認(rèn)真記錄，來(lái)完成一系列的活動(dòng)，從而達(dá)到活動(dòng)目標(biāo)。</span></h3> <h3><span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        幼兒園的教育活動(dòng)應(yīng)當(dāng)貼近幼兒的生活來(lái)選擇幼兒感興趣的事物和問(wèn)題，又有助于拓展幼兒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和視野。鄒老師抓住小班孩子年齡段特點(diǎn)，讓孩子們?cè)谟螒蛑袑W(xué)習(xí)，所以準(zhǔn)備了一節(jié)</span>《給小動(dòng)物送餅干》整個(gè)活動(dòng)通過(guò)游戲的方式讓幼兒去進(jìn)一步感知三角形、正方形、圓形。</h3> <h3>　　中（1）班廖老師準(zhǔn)備的活動(dòng)是《小豬奇遇記》<span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></h3> <h3>　　?。?）班丁老師準(zhǔn)備的活動(dòng)是《好餓的毛毛蟲(chóng)》通過(guò)師幼一起學(xué)習(xí)毛毛蟲(chóng)爬導(dǎo)入活動(dòng)，在故事中去尋找毛毛蟲(chóng)星期一到星期五所吃的食物，讓幼兒感知5以內(nèi)數(shù)的匹配。</h3> <h3>　　大（4）班葉老師準(zhǔn)備的活動(dòng)是《找座位》，利用幼兒樂(lè)于助人的精神，去幫助身體不好的老爺爺拔胡蘿卜開(kāi)展整個(gè)活動(dòng)，活動(dòng)中引導(dǎo)幼兒積極參與，大膽思考，要幫助爺爺拔第幾排第幾個(gè)胡蘿卜，從而訓(xùn)練幼兒的思維能力與表達(dá)能力。</h3> <h3>　　中（4）班吳老師準(zhǔn)備的活動(dòng)是《有趣的電話號(hào)碼》，吳老師貫穿于<span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">《綱要》要求，選擇這個(gè)活動(dòng)來(lái)自于孩子的生活，是孩子們所熟悉的，讓孩子們?cè)谏钪袑W(xué)習(xí)，在生活中積累，讓他們?cè)谏钪械玫桨l(fā)展，將他們的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容融入生活中，讓幼兒在數(shù)學(xué)中體驗(yàn)生活，在生活中學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)學(xué)。通過(guò)數(shù)學(xué)游戲，讓幼兒初步了解數(shù)字的不同排列可以組成不同的電話號(hào)碼。</span></h3> <h3>　　中三班張老師準(zhǔn)備的活動(dòng)是《給小動(dòng)物送花》，用花仙子送花的情景導(dǎo)入活動(dòng)，<span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       課后我們進(jìn)行了聽(tīng)課、評(píng)課活動(dòng)，首先是年輕老師和骨干教師進(jìn)行評(píng)課，指出我們參賽老師的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，然后由我們?cè)u(píng)委從教學(xué)活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)、活動(dòng)目標(biāo)的制定、和教學(xué)過(guò)程的組織進(jìn)行一一點(diǎn)評(píng)，最后由陽(yáng)園長(zhǎng)對(duì)本次活動(dòng)進(jìn)行總結(jié)。<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">通過(guò)聽(tīng)課、自我反思、評(píng)課，教學(xué)研討的互動(dòng)教研方式，促使大家相互學(xué)習(xí)、取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短，有效地促進(jìn)園內(nèi)教師們的教學(xué)積極性。本次公開(kāi)課活動(dòng)為教師們搭建了一個(gè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)理念、鍛煉自己、交流學(xué)習(xí)的平臺(tái)，使我們?cè)诮虒W(xué)方面得到了磨煉和提高，同時(shí)推進(jìn)了幼兒園整體教學(xué)水平的提高。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
