line-height: 28.44px; font-size: 15px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"></b></b></b></b></b></b></b></b></b></section></section></section></h3> <h3></h3><h3 style="text-align: left;">在前進(jìn)農(nóng)場今年新建成的工廠化育秧基地，技術(shù)人員正在將暗室內(nèi)第一批煉好芽的秧盤裝車，通過暗室疊盤技術(shù)，播種后的秧盤在可控溫度和濕度的智能化暗室中進(jìn)行疊盤催芽，由于受熱均勻，濕度適宜，大大縮短了育苗時間，發(fā)芽率可達(dá)到90%以上。</h3> <h3>·前進(jìn)農(nóng)場農(nóng)業(yè)中心技術(shù)員 尚振華</h3><h3> 我們從播種經(jīng)過72小時達(dá)到立針狀態(tài)，我們能看出現(xiàn)在立針狀態(tài)的秧 苗比較齊，比較壯，而且拔出之后可以看到一條主根和三至五條的須 根，真正達(dá)到了暗室疊盤的技術(shù)要求。</h3> <h3>人造床土、播種覆土一體技術(shù)、暗室疊盤技術(shù)和溫室大棚育秧，農(nóng)場通過一整套流程的工廠化育秧，使水稻秧苗生長全程不受自然因素的影響，而且不使用農(nóng)藥和殺蟲劑，從源頭實現(xiàn)了綠色有機(jī)種植，種植戶只需在插秧季節(jié)領(lǐng)回適齡秧苗插秧即可，成功實現(xiàn)了節(jié)本增效。<h3>立針狀態(tài)的秧苗被運(yùn)到溫室大棚內(nèi)進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)，技術(shù)人員可以根據(jù)秧苗的不同發(fā)育時期控制大棚內(nèi)的相應(yīng)溫度，立針狀態(tài)的秧苗只需要13到17天就能達(dá)到三葉一芯的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)秧苗，較常規(guī)育秧時間節(jié)省10到15天。</h3></h3> <h3>·前進(jìn)農(nóng)場農(nóng)業(yè)中心技術(shù)人員 南勝國</h3><h3></h3><h3 style="text-align: left;"> 我們現(xiàn)在安裝了智能化微噴，通風(fēng)呢有上排風(fēng)口，側(cè)排風(fēng)口，空氣冷了呢我們有熱風(fēng)爐，完全可以控制棚內(nèi)溫度，把秧苗育到最好，再個就是我們的溫室大棚節(jié)省了很大的空間，像我們這個棚可以育4萬盤苗，像咱常規(guī)的育秧大棚，一個大棚可以頂三個大棚使用。</h3>
