-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">　　接下來，進(jìn)入專家點(diǎn)評環(huán)節(jié)。丁金霞園長首先介紹了觀摩此次教研活動的緣由。工作室近年來，一直帶領(lǐng)基地園所圍繞環(huán)境打造、本土資源的開發(fā)與利用、園本教研的有效開展促教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展等問題進(jìn)行實(shí)踐探索。大多數(shù)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中心園教師隊(duì)伍年輕化，非專業(yè)教師占比比較大，如何通過有效的園本教研促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)成長是保障和提升保教質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。因此，近期工作室以有效園本教研模式促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)成長作為研討的重點(diǎn)。今天，是基地園一次常規(guī)教研的開放，希望在座的專家對今天的教研活動以及和平中心幼兒園的園本教研的模式進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)，為我們工作室開展的這項(xiàng)活動提出寶貴的意見和建議。 </h3> <h3>　　<span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">瓊臺師范學(xué)院繼續(xù)教育部林春光主任聽取各工作室匯報(bào)后，肯定了工作室自身的成長，同時也對工作室今后發(fā)展寄予了殷切期望，提出了進(jìn)一步的要求：建議各工作室選擇基地園整體指導(dǎo)，以點(diǎn)帶面，以基地園的建設(shè)作為幫扶指導(dǎo)的點(diǎn)，以點(diǎn)輻射。完成“四個一”目標(biāo)：</span>一年一篇論文、三年申報(bào)一個課題，完成一個基地園建設(shè)，收獲一個成果。希望各工作室以此為目標(biāo)，主持人和<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);
