white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        草長(zhǎng)鶯飛，花香鳥(niǎo)語(yǔ)，3月13日上午，長(zhǎng)沙縣陳曉語(yǔ)文名師工作室成員齊聚松雅湖中學(xué)，舉行本年度第一次教研活動(dòng)。探索中學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展方向，提升語(yǔ)文教師的課題研究能力，在2019年的春天播下一顆積極奮進(jìn)的種子。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        盛校長(zhǎng)首先對(duì)工作室的工作進(jìn)行了年度總結(jié)，他從“基于團(tuán)隊(duì)、聚名師力量、行規(guī)范管理、創(chuàng)主題活動(dòng)、促?gòu)V泛教研”等方面肯定了工作室2018年的各項(xiàng)工作。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        長(zhǎng)沙市教育科學(xué)研究院劉正華研究員以《教育科研方向與方法——談初中名師的專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)之路》為題進(jìn)行了近兩小時(shí)的專(zhuān)題講座。劉教授首先用蘇聯(lián)教育家蘇霍姆林斯基的話(huà)導(dǎo)入：“如果你想讓教師的勞動(dòng)能夠給教師帶來(lái)樂(lè)趣，使天天上課不至于變成一種單調(diào)乏味的義務(wù)，你就應(yīng)當(dāng)引導(dǎo)每一位教師走上從事研究這條幸福的道路上來(lái)?！?lt;/h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        接著，劉教授從研究意識(shí)的提出、研究能力的提高、研究方法的提升、研究成果的提煉四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了深入淺出的講解。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        劉教授在制定教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃的環(huán)節(jié)中，激勵(lì)青年教師們，要樹(shù)立“135計(jì)劃”，即：一年出師，3年出校，5年出市。青年教師們?cè)诠ぷ饕荒曛缶湍軌驅(qū)W到師父的教學(xué)本領(lǐng)，站穩(wěn)講臺(tái)。工作3年之后就能代表學(xué)校參加縣級(jí)、市級(jí)比賽，表現(xiàn)出色。工作5年之后便能夠代表學(xué)校參加國(guó)家級(jí)的比賽，獨(dú)當(dāng)一面。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        劉教授舉了安仁一中地理李成月老師的事例，告訴我們靈動(dòng)課堂的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。李老師是一個(gè)有研究意識(shí)的人，他通過(guò)對(duì)自己的研究、對(duì)課堂的研究、對(duì)課堂節(jié)奏的研究、對(duì)教學(xué)常規(guī)的研究、把自己平常的工作變得不再普通。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        隨后互動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié)，劉教授又讓老師們一起做了一個(gè)游戲，用手比劃漢字“人”和數(shù)字“7”，讓老師們切身地感受以生為主，站在學(xué)生的角度思考和教學(xué)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        北大中文系教授陳平原說(shuō)：“如果你發(fā)現(xiàn)你已經(jīng)很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間沒(méi)有讀書(shū)，而且沒(méi)有任何負(fù)罪感的時(shí)候，你就知道你已經(jīng)墮落了?！眲⒔淌卺槍?duì)當(dāng)前買(mǎi)學(xué)區(qū)房的現(xiàn)象，說(shuō)道：“最好的學(xué)區(qū)房是你家的書(shū)房，最好的裝修是你家的書(shū)?！弊x書(shū)是提高一個(gè)人能力的最好方式。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        劉教授提出：課題研究可以從小課題著手，小課題也能有大作為。一篇教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)，一個(gè)德育故事都可以成為一個(gè)小課題。平時(shí)教學(xué)中的產(chǎn)生的一個(gè)問(wèn)題，都可以當(dāng)做成一個(gè)課題。其實(shí)，課題研究并不遙遠(yuǎn)，它也不是教授、研究員的專(zhuān)利，每一個(gè)一線(xiàn)教師在課堂中就能發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，就能做出一個(gè)課題。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       接著，確立了本學(xué)期的活動(dòng)計(jì)劃：4月份，舉行“送課下鄉(xiāng)”活動(dòng)；5月份，專(zhuān)題講座；6月份，評(píng)估考核；7月份，讀書(shū)分享會(huì)；8月份，外出培訓(xùn)。豐富多彩的活動(dòng)讓學(xué)員們對(duì)本學(xué)期充滿(mǎn)期待。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
