<h3>        為了充分發(fā)揮我校優(yōu)秀班主任示范引領(lǐng)作用，提升青年班主任及青年教師的工作質(zhì)量和水平，2019年2月27日下午，我校舉行了青年班主任拜師儀式。 </h3> <h3>       拜師活動(dòng)由德育處鄭曉娟副主任主持。 </h3> <h3>      會(huì)議第一項(xiàng)由教科研處唐穎鴻副主任宣讀《西安市第八十三中學(xué)青年班主任培養(yǎng)工作方案》及師徒結(jié)對(duì)名單。學(xué)校聘請(qǐng)丁宏偉、張學(xué)鋒、韓金桐、王娟四位優(yōu)秀班主任分別指導(dǎo)余澄、白永龍、呂玉倩、劉菊四位青年班主任。 </h3> <h3>    會(huì)議第二項(xiàng)師徒簽署《<span class="s8" style="white-space: normal;
