<h3>金燦燦幼兒園的園長王蕊從事幼教8年了，做為幼兒園的園長不但是幼兒園的靈魂還是幼兒園的方向，我不但要給人方向還要給人方法更要給人結(jié)果，我要給家長，孩子在幼兒園三四年的時間快樂學習健康成長的結(jié)果，我要給我老師能力提升收入提高的結(jié)果，我要給我孩子榜樣的結(jié)果，我要給我父母驕傲的結(jié)果，因為我知道有結(jié)果比有道理重要，回顧這二年來學習的歷程，我想確實有了一點點讓人欣慰的結(jié)果，我們滿園了，但是金燦燦幼兒園的這些結(jié)果與在坐的每一位付出都是惜惜相關(guān)的，回看我們的2018，我們成績顯著……</h3> <h3>我們學習的歷程，幼兒園所有活動的意義和我們榮譽</h3> <h3>教育就是一個活的比較明白的人去教一個，不怎么明白的人教的明白的一個過程。</h3><h3>當今社會什么是最好的教育？什么是完整化教育？完整化教育就是做人教育十做事教育家十父母教育，這才是真正的幼兒園的完整化教育。</h3> <p style="font-stretch: normal;
