<h3>There was a mountain behind our school,and we climbed every week until last semester.I didn’t know why we quit that activity,but I am a kind of miss it.</h3><h3>All roads lead to Rome,but the hardest way always took at least 9 hours,we climbed this line every summer camp! Even for me,it was not easy. The ascent took most of your energy,and the decline was dangerous dye-in-the-wood.</h3> <h3>But still worth it! At the peak of the mountain,you can see everything and you can collected lots of crystals along the way.</h3> <h3>2017.6.1--2017.6.3</h3><h3>Cross the desert (the challenge from Tengger desert)</h3> <h3>Crossing the Tengger desert is the first outdoor activities I took part in. The process was pretty hard for me that I can clearly remembered even theses days,I felt scared、despair、and loneliness during theses 3 days. Eventhough,i never regret.</h3><h3>The rules are pretty easy,we just need to walk about 65 miles untill we across through the desert and reach the destination.</h3><h3>At the date of Jun.1st,we went into the dessert by bus,after 2 hours driving,the walking was finally began. In my mind,the first day was the hardest as I almost got sunstroke. The sunshine was pretty strong which can drained me to a dried body. And because we were walking on the sand,not normal land, I had to pay more energy since my feet haven’t get used to it. Evert step is not easy for me,and at the meanwhile I felt that something was wrong on me. I felt weak and hard to breath, one of the team leader Teacher Meng (who accompany me for several times) helped me a lot. He released my fear of giving up,he accompanied me until we reached the daily destination. Suddenly,the whole team past me ,and there was just us during the desert.</h3> <h3>After we made it,we had a campfire party,and the most incredible thing is,that day was one of the lady’s birthday,we had a big cake.Since my 18’s birthday was just 3 days later,they celebrated for me,either. I got a amethyst bracelet from my principal,nowadays I still wearing it.</h3><h3>Later,Teacher Meng asked me did I feel better after resting. I told him I felt pretty good,but I still feared about the journey the next day,I’m worried about feel sick again. He told me that would never happened. He would make sure that I can reach the destination smoothly,and if I couldn’t,he would carry me.</h3> <h3>How magic it is! The second day was pretty smooth. And on the third day,they gave teens a coming-of-age ceremony,and that day was the day before my 18’s birthday. I got a huge gift from my parents,they made a book which contained my photos during my 18 years,and they send me a long letters which claimed that I was the most precious gift they got,and they wished me had a happy life. I cried ,and people around me also cried. Suddenly,I realized I was growing up. </h3><h3>I officially became an adult in Tengger.</h3> <h3>2017.8.15 --2017.8.20</h3><h3>We are the future of China</h3> <h3>This is the second time for me to go the desert,or I should say gobi which is a geographical subdivisions different but similar to desert. The main difference of this time is the land was much easier to walk. Because of this,I never felt tired this time even we walked 20miles more than last time.</h3> <h3>And what I got the most for this time is I realized I always eager to compare with others. It probably a defect in human’s nature,and every time we want to win,otherwise we feel sick. Either we waste our time on jealously,or we feel despair on ourselves. After that,l released a lot of thing which produced from comparison.I wrote an article to analyze and maybe someday I will transform that into English.</h3> <h3>2018.6.3--2018.6.5</h3><h3>The way to the "No Man's Land"---Lop Nur</h3> <h3>As you can see,I went to the desert again! There must have some mysterious connections between me and the desert,not only because this time was my third time,also because I had my birthday in there again! This time,I was 19 years old.</h3> <h3>And this time were we went into was much more spectacular. The view was kaleidoscopic,this moment you saw colorful mountains,and next moment you saw endless sand dunes. But whenever you were,the same thing you can saw was the blue sky without anything. The temperature was so high that we even saw the mirage.</h3><h3>I had a fever when I was walking,and maybe because of that,it leaded me to think of my mom. I recalled all the beautiful moment she gave me and felt really sorry for didn’t gave back her love. Then I thought about my country,the nature ,and finally the universe. Our principle told me you can be a part of them,so I put my forehead on the ground. The sand and small stones are scratchy and extremely hot,but I still laid on the ground for a long time. Since then,I felt powerful like I was the child of the nature and she will always got my back.</h3>
