font-size: 17pt;">后勤保障處的工作頭緒多，突發(fā)性強(qiáng)，所有的兼顧、預(yù)設(shè)尤為重要。每日的后勤保障處日志，記錄著所走的歷程，承載著曾記的過往，大事小事都是學(xué)校事；每一份報(bào)表、小結(jié)傳遞著學(xué)校無(wú)窮的信息的真實(shí)與榮耀；每一筆來(lái)往的賬面，都承載著精打細(xì)算、上下溝通協(xié)調(diào)的汗水與付出；《之江新語(yǔ)》、《梁家河》、《十九大系列報(bào)道》，字里行間感悟偉人的教誨，約束人生行動(dòng)的軌跡。兩本厚厚的筆記，橫豎之間豎起了道道不可逾越的防線；《世紀(jì)詩(shī)典》、《中華當(dāng)代詩(shī)典》、《百年孤獨(dú)》，和每位在月光下暢談人生，感悟人生；在書桌邊與作者情感交融，十幾萬(wàn)字的學(xué)習(xí)筆記，記錄的不僅僅是隨筆與感悟，而是自我修身的的法寶；《師德啟思》、《校本研修與教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)》、《打開教育的另一扇窗》、《燈下話家?！?，與這里的作者一起成長(zhǎng)，一起解決教育教學(xué)上的一個(gè)又一個(gè)難題，汲取教育教學(xué)的每一個(gè)感悟，成長(zhǎng)自己的教育教學(xué)生涯。一年里上百節(jié)聽課記錄，黑色的字、各種圖形、紅色的批注、勾勾畫畫，都是一種無(wú)形的資產(chǎn)。與當(dāng)事人溝通交流，體悟他的想法，感受他的教學(xué)藝術(shù)，展現(xiàn)他的教學(xué)風(fēng)格；《人生金字塔》、《斷舍離》等，與著名作者對(duì)話，體會(huì)其中高深的哲理；和參觀交流的校長(zhǎng)們一起，雖沒有色彩斑斕的</span><span style="font-family: ".SFUIText"; font-size: 17pt;">PPT</span><span style="font-family: ".PingFangSC-Regular"; font-size: 17pt;">，也沒有獨(dú)特的身價(jià)支持，樸實(shí)無(wú)華的語(yǔ)言，身體力行的做法，無(wú)不感動(dòng)著他們，交流中的你問我答，你說我議，是一種很難的的經(jīng)驗(yàn)薈萃，相互留下聯(lián)絡(luò)方式，交流學(xué)校管理中的細(xì)事；一年一度的教育教學(xué)常規(guī)檢查，不是單純的檢查，而是一種親身的體驗(yàn)與感悟，陶醉在每一種作業(yè)其中，感受師生的創(chuàng)新與變革，記錄學(xué)生的進(jìn)步與教師的成熟，感受人性的美妙瞬間，幾百字的小結(jié)，哪能詮釋學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)、教師的成就；幾十幅個(gè)性逼真的照片，僅僅只是一個(gè)活動(dòng)的靜態(tài)縮影，與教師近距離的交流溝通，更加感受他們的辛勤與創(chuàng)新；簡(jiǎn)短的評(píng)價(jià)，為學(xué)習(xí)者指明了前程；每一次走進(jìn)教室，聆聽?zhēng)熒x，伴隨美妙的漢字音符，多么想再一次感受一下曾經(jīng)的歲月，翻閱一踏踏學(xué)生作業(yè)，一幅幅學(xué)生作品，紅色的對(duì)勾，印證著思考、診斷與決策；</span></h3><h3> </h3><p style="font-stretch: normal; font-size: 17pt;">“安全不保，談何教育”，當(dāng)年廳長(zhǎng)的話牢記于心，后勤人一直以來(lái)秉承這句警示語(yǔ)，時(shí)刻關(guān)注學(xué)校的安全工作。學(xué)校主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一直以來(lái)把“食品衛(wèi)生安全”牢記于心，從原料的采購(gòu)、入庫(kù)、出庫(kù)、粗加工、精加工、分發(fā)、消毒，每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都有專人記錄，登記，所有過程性資料如食品經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證、產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)合格證、質(zhì)檢報(bào)告、檢疫報(bào)告，所有手續(xù)齊全，多次接受上級(jí)相關(guān)部門的檢查，受到上級(jí)相關(guān)本門的一致好評(píng)。</span><span style="font-family: ".SFUIText"; font-size: 17pt;">12</span><span style="font-family: ".PingFangSC-Regular"; font-size: 17pt;">月份隨著省審計(jì)只要求，對(duì)學(xué)校的《食堂管理制度》進(jìn)行了詳實(shí)的修訂，進(jìn)一步明確各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的工作職責(zé)與要求，進(jìn)一步完善了進(jìn)貨、出庫(kù)、制作、分發(fā)等工作流程；對(duì)檢查中提出的問題，就地落實(shí)，進(jìn)行整改，學(xué)校在食品衛(wèi)生設(shè)施設(shè)備的投資上從不吝嗇，嚴(yán)把食品安全質(zhì)量關(guān)。同時(shí)為了響應(yīng)上級(jí)部門的要求在暑期完成了“餐廳區(qū)部新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)”項(xiàng)目。同時(shí)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)也很重視消防、鍋爐、電梯等特種設(shè)備的安全，在主管校長(zhǎng)的親自督查下，學(xué)校建立健全了電梯、鍋爐操作等相關(guān)資料。并對(duì)消防設(shè)施嚴(yán)格按照上級(jí)部門的要求，該報(bào)廢的報(bào)廢、該更換的更換，并且對(duì)全校所有消防器材每月檢查兩次，都留有記錄；電梯、鍋爐按照上級(jí)主管部門要求必須持證上崗。同時(shí)按照上級(jí)主管部門要求準(zhǔn)備好相關(guān)資料，對(duì)電梯、鍋爐進(jìn)行年審，經(jīng)上級(jí)主管部門實(shí)地踏看和查閱資料，完成了電梯及鍋爐的年審所有手續(xù)。</span></h3><h3> </h3><p style="font-stretch: normal; font-size: 17pt;">后勤管理工作，頭緒多，有時(shí)任務(wù)急。好多活動(dòng)都是在活動(dòng)前進(jìn)行安排，基于這種現(xiàn)象，為了保障活動(dòng)順利、有效開展，本部門從會(huì)場(chǎng)布置，活動(dòng)過程中的攝錄像全程參與，有時(shí)會(huì)根據(jù)活動(dòng)要求臨時(shí)改變會(huì)場(chǎng)，到會(huì)后整理收拾，都是全程參加。另外隨著學(xué)校辦學(xué)的不斷開放，來(lái)自全國(guó)各地參觀學(xué)校培訓(xùn)的校長(zhǎng)、教師越來(lái)越多，一年中各種接待</span><span style="font-family: ".SFUIText"; font-size: 17pt;">60</span><span style="font-family: ".PingFangSC-Regular"; font-size: 17pt;">余次，作為本部門首先是校園的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生要整潔、干凈，不得留有死角。對(duì)來(lái)自上級(jí)部相關(guān)部門的各種檢查，只要涉及到本部門，都是認(rèn)真對(duì)待，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的接待，尤其是學(xué)校食堂每學(xué)期接待各種檢查十余次，而且大多是不打招呼，推門檢查式。多次檢查受到上級(jí)相關(guān)本門的好評(píng)。特別是近期“西安市食藥委”的檢查，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高、要求嚴(yán)，經(jīng)專家、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)地踏看，對(duì)我校食衛(wèi)工作給予高度的評(píng)價(jià)。臨時(shí)性維修只要有信息告知，本門會(huì)在第一時(shí)間內(nèi)處理，如果暫時(shí)處理不了，會(huì)利用周末處理，確保安全與正常工作。本年度，在校長(zhǎng)的親自指導(dǎo)下，暑假期間大小項(xiàng)目十多個(gè)，那個(gè)都是重要；六樓學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告廳的改在裝修，因?qū)ν饨哟某掷m(xù)升溫，面對(duì)我們的不僅僅是高科技的展示，而更重要的是一種人文底蘊(yùn)的重塑，一種校園文化的體現(xiàn)，一中辦學(xué)理念的展現(xiàn)。智慧教師互動(dòng)式黑板，從簽定合同到安裝，只有五天時(shí)間，時(shí)間的緊迫，任務(wù)重，讓人都有窒息之感，給力的供貨商，很是配合的西小員工，使得</span><span style="font-family: ".SFUIText"; font-size: 17pt;">日，一個(gè)全新的智慧黑板展現(xiàn)在西小綜合教學(xué)樓的西樓一至三層的二十四間教室，培訓(xùn)在緊張的行動(dòng)中，使用在得心應(yīng)手的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)中；其他十幾個(gè)小項(xiàng)目，會(huì)議討論、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)踏勘、驗(yàn)收，審計(jì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)，哪一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都是至關(guān)重要，是學(xué)校資金落到實(shí)處，用在刀刃上；所有的程序不僅是對(duì)學(xué)校負(fù)責(zé)，對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)負(fù)責(zé)，更重要的是對(duì)自己負(fù)責(zé)。每當(dāng)看到這些時(shí)，無(wú)不感動(dòng)，感動(dòng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指導(dǎo)、感動(dòng)施工單位的認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)、更感動(dòng)自己的付出成為一個(gè)又一個(gè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)；</span><span style="font-family: ".SFUIText";
