line-height: 1.8em;">②裂縫：地面不出現(xiàn)裂痕，若有裂痕則可要求整改；</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;">③起沙：混凝土強(qiáng)度不夠，用硬物（鑰匙或鏍絲刀）劃地面，能輕易地劃進(jìn)地面則可算起沙了；</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;">④平整度：地面不出現(xiàn)明顯的凹凸。</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;"><font style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: rgb(234, 16, 16);">2、墻面</font></div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;">①空鼓、裂縫、平整度；</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;">②龜裂：墻面出現(xiàn)大面積裂痕；</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;">③爆灰：抹灰層表面出現(xiàn)鼓包并開裂脫落的現(xiàn)象。</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;"><font style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: rgb(234, 16, 16);">3、天花</font></div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;">①天天花裂縫，若裂縫是從墻角處延伸的，那就要注意是否結(jié)構(gòu)有問題導(dǎo)致上層下沉了；</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;">②如果天花上出現(xiàn)水漬則可能有滲漏；</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;">④廁所的頂上若有脫落或發(fā)霉，一般都可以斷定為滲漏；</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;">⑤若有凸起的，可用木棍撞下聽聽是否為空鼓；</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;">⑥墻面與天花的角度是否90度，判斷是否存在天花不平/墻體傾斜；</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;"><font style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: rgb(234, 16, 16);">4、門窗</font></div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;">①大門是否有碰撞的痕跡；</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;">②門窗導(dǎo)軌是否順暢；</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;">③水表空轉(zhuǎn)：關(guān)閉水閘，水表依舊轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)；</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: inherit; font-size: 0.34rem; line-height: 1.8em;">④防水：若是精裝房，還要驗(yàn)收防水（在衛(wèi)生間注入20cm高的水，停止至少24小時(shí)，觀察是否有滲漏現(xiàn)象）。</div><div style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
