回頭望，向前看——記三縣嶺中心小學(xué)“第十二期明德講壇”

white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><font color="#333333">       首先，余建南主任通過對(duì)各班的平均分、優(yōu)秀率、及格率等詳實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行橫向、縱向比較，幫助老師們尋找差距，進(jìn)一步總結(jié)提升教學(xué)質(zhì)量的策略和方法。希望各位教師要繼續(xù)發(fā)揚(yáng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，改進(jìn)不足，為學(xué)校教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提升不懈努力。</font></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
